Staff is impressively rude and apathetic. We were the first in line and ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. There were about four or five people behind us. We sat in the shop waiting for our sandwiches as everyone else received their food. And then we went to go ask and they just completely forgot to make our food. Not only that, the attitude was as bad as everyone else is talking about in other reviews. They truly make you feel like you have to apologize for being a patron.
Please remember that you're not the only coffee shop and you're definitely not the only place that sells banh mi. To anyone that is reading this review, I highly absolutely recommend Kalesa Coffee, way better drinks and just about the friendliest folks I have ever interacted with at a coffee shop!
To the staff: It would be incredible to see you try at least some general sense of kindness towards a fellow human. I'm sure you were having a bad day, but you also impact the people that you interact with. I would hope that you would be able to speak with the owner or manager and just go home and take the day if you needed it. I hope your day gets better and that you find something that you love doing that makes you happy, cuz it's...

Read moreI visited once, completely forgot where it was and what it was called, and I searched my Google history for like an hour. Found it and headed over. I loved the coffee I got the first time, and I started craving it. Today, I got an iced ube latte with an extra shot and a House Special Banh Mi. The coffee is great, amazing taste without it tasting burned. I love my coffee dark and bold... kinda like me hahaha. Even with the extra shot, I wasn't over caffienated, and my stomach felt just fine. I loved it. Next time I go, I'm trying the honey lavender latte. I'm excited :) The Banh Mi was crunchy, bread was fresh, full of cilantro (very healthy for you, cilantro pulls heavy metals and toxins from your body) pork full of flavor and the veggies as well. I took my time with this meal, enjoying every bite and sip until it was completely gone.
UPDATE 5/25/23: Still amazing haha. I had a honey lavender iced latte and a house special Bahn mi. Amazing. I have yet to find a place that can do vietnamese coffee or Bahn Mi's better! They have it on lock and I always love...
