Placed an order for 2 PCs of just fish and a small ice tea. Price was a little over 9.00. I happened to look down and see they had a lunch special for 7.99 with a side as long as you ordered before 3:00 p.m. I asked the cashier would it be cheaper to go that route with the worst attitude. I made the decision to go with the lunch special and informed her that it wasn't 3:00 p.m. yet. The lunch special came out to the same exact price as if I went the other way. She ring it up and then walked away, I told her I'll be back and went to the restroom. When I returned she had my food in a bag and a cup of half-filled ice on the counter, with her back turned to me on her phone. She never acknowledged whether I was still there or not she never handed me my food I took it myself off of the little bag holder, picked up the ice and filled it up. Went back up to the counter and asked someone else if I could get some condiments. She never turned around again she never acknowledged at all. It was at least six people in there all of them were on their phones and just standing around. As high as food is todayI don't understand why customer service is getting worse and worse. People say they want a job but what they really want is a check. Will I clearly got the assignment I will never be back at this...

The cashier brought our food angrily with an attitude. I asked for the loaded baked potato and okra, but received a dry potato and a small amount of okra. (These are upgrades) We were missing food off the other orders as well and when we went to explain what was wrong we was told we had to pay extra money (no problem). Until.......the lady manager comes out and puts the blame on us. (Wait, what?) She turns around and storms off when she was greeted by another manager(Mr. Calhoun) who then rudely tells us this happens all the time and we should pay for it and move on. (Who?) So......now give us our money. You lost 30.00 for a 3.00 mistake your employee made. Bad customer service on all except the one light skin female who knew they were wrong. Also, we were told the GM was not there. Guess what? She was. Horrible!! That entire staff needs to be RETRAINED OR...

When I arrived, the cashier informed me of their 30-minute return policy. I explained that I had called earlier and lived at least 30 minutes away. She then called the GM, who shouted from the back that they couldnāt issue a refund without the foodāsomething that wasnāt mentioned during my call. I pointed this out and made it clear that I wasnāt going to drive another 30 minutes to retrieve the food.
I also mentioned that the fish tasted like chicken, to which she replied, "Many people have said that, but it's fish." If multiple people have complained about it tasting like chicken, then itās probably chickenānot fish.
After a long back-and-forth, I finally got my refund. Needless to say, I wonāt be eating at that location again. The GM is very...
