We order from this place as a group at work very often and every time we always know the order will be wrong or messed up but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Keep in mind that when we order, it's usually $60-$100 worth of orders depending on how many people order lunch that day. Whoever answers the phone and takes the orders is just really dumb... there is no other way to put it nicely... she's a moron. She always gets everyone's names wrong when the orders are being placed or the phone number is wrong or the address... I mean she really is just... ugh. When we get our food often times we are missing the 2 liter soda that comes with the order but we just deal with it because its too much of a hassle to even worry about it... we are pretty calm people as we work in customer service as well.
Today our guy went in to pick up our orders and when he went to pay for mine the girl said it had already been paid for. Our guy called me and I confirmed that no one had paid for my food and it needed to be paid for with my money that I gave him. ($100 bill). The girl continued to say it was paid for so the guy took the order and left. About 15 minutes after he was back with our food, Sal's calls and says they need to know how we plan on paying for the order.... keep in mind I had a $100 bill so it's not like we were trying to cheat them out of anything... THEIR girl messed up.. I told her how unprofessional it was. If we told a customer their repair was covered under warranty and then realized we were wrong, we would NOT call the customer back and tell them they have to pay for it... it was our error, we would eat it... we do it when "mistakes" are made... it's not the customer's fault that the employee was wrong. I told her they could send someone to our office to pick up the money but they needed to bring change for $100 because that's all I had (this orders total was $17.92)... The guy comes to pick up the money and has no idea he's supposed to have change for $100 so has to go back to his car to get the change.... it was a piss poor experience and we are officially done ordering from these clowns... it's sad because the food is good... but the employees are really the dumbest people I have ever met in my...
Read moreLast night as a first-time customer I placed the order at Sal's Pizza online when I finally got notification by text that my order had arrived so when I went to get my order at the door there was no food nor was there a driver I sent a text stating that I had not received my food and that the driver was from here and I did not get a response so then I called the company the person that I got was extremely unprofessional and rude when I explained my situation that mouthful wasn't here and that the driver wasn't here he told me that the driver did drop to order off and he checked the system I said no to orders not here then he said that the driver said that he put it in the chair on my porch I don't have a chair on my porch so there was no way that the driver could have put the food on my chair I told him that the driver probably drop it off at the wrong location and he confirmed my address again and said that the driver said that he dropped it off on the porch he doesn't know what to tell me then he was talking to someone in the background and he said that the driver said that he dropped the food off and that I needed to contact the manager and I said that the driver did not drop the food off and that I don't have my food and then he hung the phone up when I called try to call back it went straight to voicemail so not only did I did not get my food but I was rudely hung up on and I proceeded to contact my bank to stop payment and I followed up on that today and I am going to let everyone know how I was treated and what to expect when they order from Sal's Pizza that they may not get their food and that their customer service is piss-poor and terrible I will make sure that everyone knows this and I will make sure that I get...
Read moreSeveral issues Took them too long to answer the phone , I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni with 10 wings One of the cooks wasn’t wearing gloves and I watched him make several sandwich’s in between customers I asked them not to burn my pizza and this is what I got I pulled up one slice and the cook with no gloves said it isn’t burnt and that’s the way they cook it I flipped all of them over to show him the bottom is burnt and he said if I didn’t want it then I don’t have to touch the rest of them as if he was going to sell the rest to someone else He asked ME to put it in the trash !! I asked if they could make another one since I paid for it with my card already and waited another ten minutes When I asked if they were going to make the pizza after waiting another ten minutes the girl at the counter said she didn’t know and had to ask !!! She came back and said he will make the pizza after he finishes praying I asked for my money back and suddenly they are cashing out and after 10 minutes of them trying yo figure out why homegirls drawer is short $113 they gave me the refund “supposedly “ of $22 for the pizza minus the wings that are now sitting in my car getting cold. AFTER ASKING ME TO PUT THE PIZZA IN THE TRASH AFTER FLIPPING IT OVER , THEY ASKED FOR IT BACK !!!!!
