KFC — Restaurant in Post Falls

Customer service is appalling. I waited at the till for 10 minutes with staff member acknowledging me, even talking to me, but refusing to take my order, just continue to grab food. 10 minutes, a staff member came up behind me--not behind counter--and directed me to the kiosk, offering to show me how it works. I know how it works. I have cash. They then offered to finally take my order, just give them a minute to get behind the counter, but at that point I was annoyed and decide to just use the kiosk with my debit card. The staff kept asking if I want a physical copy of my receipt. I wanted a psychical everything but I was told to use the kiosk so why would I want it now?

This has been my repeated experience at this kfc. I work at the shop next door and want a pallet cleanser from the food we make, but no one at KFC can agree on who's supposed to be on till, and they don't want to take orders. It's either self-service or no service so screw all the cash...

We went to this KFC a couple days ago and ordered the 8 piece family meal. For $37.00!!!Way too expensive for very little food! We were told that they were sold out of Extra Crispy style at 5:03pm! Are they kidding me?? Isn't this a chicken restaurant? Sold out at 5:03pm?? The girl said we could wait 30 minutes for them to cook more. I changed my order to Original recipe instead and she told me she would have to check and see if they had enough to fill an 8 piece bucket. Which they did. What the heck have they been doing all day if they don't have any chicken ready for the dinner crowd that was lining up behind me in the drive thru?? Maybe some management might be a good idea. Seems to me that if you're a fried chicken restaurant, you should maybe have some ready for the dinnertime rush! We won't be making the drive back to this location just to be disappointed again. Ate in today with my daughter and got a chicken and fries bucket, it was far too much for my toddler and I so I packed up the 3 remaining strips and what was left of the fries to take home. While I threw out the trash someone noticed a couple left a wallet and I ran out to catch them before they drove off and came back in to gather my daughter, who was in persuit with our drinks, and her things, and which she left under the table, in the commotion I hadn't realized the bucket was cleared from the table in that time. I called later and spoke to Colin, he was very polite and even under the circumstance that it was almost closing time he offered to remake the three chicken strips that were tossed as well as a whole order of large fries. I'm not even upset about the mishap, in fact, I complement the gal who was in the lobby tonight for a speedy cleanup! The overall experience both times in was an...
