I had a very weird and uncomfortable experience here getting a breakfast bagel. I ordered an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. On the screen, the price showed $6.49. However, when I checked out, my total was double that amount.

I asked both the lady and the gentleman who were helping me why the price was so much higher if I only ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. They explained that everything you add is considered “customized,” so even though the menu clearly lists bacon, egg, and cheese as a breakfast sandwich, you get charged separately for every single ingredient.

Honestly, this is extremely misleading. The menu pricing makes it look like the sandwich costs $6.49, but in reality, you’re paying extra for each component—so you end up with a total twice as much as you expected.

Wow, service was way above the box coffee places and the bagels were awesome. I ordered Bacon, egg, & cheese on a Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel and a coffee. The bagel was so good I went back and got a second one for later as well as a fruit cup for on the run. Price was good for the what I got, but the service, they were phenomenal. While standing in line and then waiting for my divine food, the customers and staff knew each other and were having dialogue, imagine that, a friendly atmosphere.

Amazing, amazing, amazing bagels with a staggering amount of errors on the orders. I keep coming back because of the quality of food, extremely nice management, and cleanliness of the place. However, I run into errors with the order about 70% of the time and the cash register system seems to be very confusing for staff. They always fix the order but wish it were more efficient.
