Update 5/6/24: I'm still impressed at the changes with this location. It is probably my favorite Arby's I've been too. Well done to management and the team for turning this place around so much and so completely
Update 4/9/23 (5 months later): Wow! Wow! Wow!!!!! From what I experienced last time to today is a night and day difference. The new team has done an amazing job turning the location around. In fact, I even say this is the best Arby's I have ever been to in my life. The food is perfectly cooked, the team is enjoyable and helpful. The standards are meet exceeded and should be the expectation for other places. In fact, the family food critic, our 4 year old, says they are the best chicken nuggets!

Original: Most disgusting fast food experience of my life. No one was at the counter when we came in and the drive thru cashier was standing at the food station talking with the cook. Turned around and looked at us and the other people that showed up after us then turned back to her conversation without acknowledging us. We finally were helped after about 10 minutes standing at the counter. The food was decent but trash was everywhere, fries on the ground on both sides of the counter. Read moreI recently visited Arby's on Shoemaker Rd in Pottstown, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I tried the new Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich, paired with a strawberry milkshake topped with whipped cream, vanilla, and chocolate. The flavors were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious.
The decor of the restaurant, featuring grey, white, and red, creates an inviting atmosphere with open spaces that feel modern and fresh. The touch of red is a clever signal to buy, adding to the overall dining experience. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the laid-back setting made it easy to enjoy my meal.
Special mention goes to Latisha, the Shift Manager, who provided excellent customer service. The entire crew was fast and prompt, making sure everything was just right. I also loved the crinkle-cut fries—they were perfectly crispy and the perfect complement to my meal.
Overall, I highly recommend this Arby’s location for anyone in the area. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ordered on the app for pick up no one contacted me before I drove all the way there to tell me they have no roast beef which is MAJORITY of their menu. I asked how to go about a refund all I was given was “ you have to get a refund through how you ordered” no customer service number or any help on who to contact. Once I found out who I have to contact and how I called gave all order info and told me refund would be approved and I would see it in 2-5 business days that was on feb 5th I have no received any contact from them unless I call them and they told me they are sorry and will contact me by phone to discuss refund I got another email a day or two after saying the same thing about 2-5 buisness days which I have waited. Despite being told to call me updating the info on my refund they did not call they emailed and when I responded to the email about my refund I said they have to call me to talk about it and I have recieved no further contact or answer and have yet to receive a mere 20$ refund. That happens on feb 5th it has been 7 days still no refund but I have been charged. Terrible...
