First I have to say the place looks great after the remodel! Second I had the greatest experience I think I ever had with a McDonald’s! I went through the drive through after ordering on my mobile app. My kids where hangry after leaving the park which made me cranky! When I pulled up I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady on the mic because she was so happy and positive that it definitely made me feel a little better. When she asked me if there was anything else I said that coffee is looking good in that picture so she said if you want to take a walk on the wild side with me we have pumpkin coffee (which is my favorite and didn’t know McDonald’s had pumpkin coffee) she said I can add a few things in it for free if you want to try it out! I said let’s do it! She asked me if I had any allergies to caramel, creamers and any sugars. Which is extremely impressive that she made it a point to ask for any allergies first! I don’t so I said you can add them. They added some caramel and they made it light and sweet that when I took that first sip my eyes opened up as if the gates heaven just open up for me! Honestly it was one of the best pumpkin coffees I have had ever! She sold me on it with her enthusiasm and it being pumpkin! That lady deserves a bonus! I’m sad I didn’t get her name because she would be someone who I want as a friend! While ordering at the kiosk, there was a very loud, obnoxious woman yelling at the staff that she has waited too long for her door dash order and was demanding her food. The manager / front end staff were doing their best to accommodate both her and waiting guests, but she persisted to scream at people. Apparently the computer system for door dash that processes the orders was not working and orders were getting backed up. Some guests in the dining room were getting their food and that enraged this woman even more. This went on for about 20 minutes when a guest, who couldn't have been more than 15, stepped up to wait for his order and this woman began to verbally berate and threaten this kid stating she would have him jumped in the parking lot. This kid did nothing to provoke her. At that point we decided to get a refund as it was apparent the manager wasn't going to ask this woman to leave and we no longer felt comfortable with the situation. We got our money back and left. Read moreIn my experience, the service here is amazing as the employees are incredibly nice. However, tonight's visit (sat, sept 15, 2018, 2:30 AM) was unpleasant- but that's also what i get for going through Drive-Thru at 230 in the morning- as their computer system seemed to malfunction, while they were busy, with what seemed only 2 employees to fix the problem and manage the incoming orders as well. This resulted in nearly a half hour wait in the drive-thru. I of course understand that this doesn't reflect negatively on the store as a whole nor was I irritated with the wait time as i realized there were 2 employees with a lot on their hands. This shows me that this location could truly benefit from adding staff members, increasing the number of employees per shift, and a solid management team who can be called at all hours that can sort the last-minute-late-night technical breakdowns. Great location, with great food, with great service. Just needs some work to perfect the team that makes this restaurant run 24 hours a day so as to provide us with the tastiness of their addictive foods...
