My son & I ENJOY GREATLY: w/quick & precise service, a friendly fast team, and choice food favs, hit the spot every time! The reward & coupons add incentive & make it affordable for penny pincher I am but also only but quality! Please accept all five stars w/ increased pride! I say so cuz in my past life: all service centered, management, & later HR for a family oriented, many branches of the brand were plenty from Largest & Trendiest, to Oldest and Traditional, smaller brands all over in My Favorite City 13 year resident, I FIT; in the SERVICE centered, BUILT on PRINCIPAL that ALL WHO WORKED HERE, belongs, to the Bigger Family Unit of all Combined, This City Helped Define “Expected Guest Service” then mastered the concept of NOT ONLY “meeting that inflated guest expectation” but “ met it; and then surpassed it to BLOW THEIR MIND!” ensuring repeat patronage, but also the opportunity to continually meet the challenge! It’s precisely where & why I’d come to believe, in individual performance reviews, or surveying my own career department & all others on any property from: retail, games, cleanliness, dining outlets, interdependence, and all ideas accepted, entertained, tried, and implement if worthy but all ideas welcome even out of your discipline. So; as rule: None, not individual performance, not any one department or sister property, can measure at the top of scale, because only thing constant is change and with that we all have room to grow...always! I know it may seem abrasive, but I am a proponent of policy born of believing in individual potential comes from study, shadow, practice, experience, pride, and maturity recognizes refresher needed or change in career. Ego & Pride births self service & sense of power that protects only itself and negates any responsibility to legacy and eventually publicly become their own ruin. So rarely, NO NEVER, until NOW, have I dared rate top of scale. Assured reservation in doing so re: ANY performance! No Mystery that Greed, causes consumer decline, & self deception has caused culture & expectations that are compromised .Sadly, a disposable society; has brought on the fad, fast, fleeting interest of the consumer. Market adapta respectively but NOW w/free trade & a Global Stage! I have to admit I was not a fan Dominoes; when you came to town Pottsville & the best way I know to compliment your progress is our continued business and advertisement via suggestion when we can! Also, w/o needing Name of Competitor, they 1x since return home almost 3 yrs now, got me in 1 time & in that very...
Read moreOrdering online/on the app can be a bit tricky for food allergy folks. In the special request section, it's only things to check off, not an area to type in your allergens, dislikes, etc. It took about 15 minutes from ordering until we walked in to get our order. We were going to take it home, but my vegan/gluten-free Pacific veggie pizza had a bit of an error on it. Corey & the young lady working this evening were very pleasant. I told Corey that I usually call after placing the order to confirm my food allergies, but I forgot. He had no problem redoing the pizza at all! He was so kind & understanding. He said that they really do try to keep the food separate for food allergy folks. like myself separate. It's good to know that there are some kind people out there in the food service business that cares. Corey promptly remade this delicious pizza for me! It's always nice to be treated kindly, as sometimes that doesn't happen when there are mishaps with ordering food that I can have at restaurants. I've been getting the Pacific Veggie pizza modified to a vegan & gluten-free version for a few years, now. My husband got the pasta bowl with mushrooms, beef, & alfredo & said how delicious it was. We would have gotten the cinnamon twists with the apple dip, but they were out of the apple dip. We found out that I could have the apple dip, so I was going to dip fruit in it or something. We'll be back to...
Read moreI see now why I stopped ordering before. Tried to give it another try. I ordered food got the emergency pizza and just some mac and cheese. Didn't bring the mac and cheese wife answers it's fine but driver says you have to pay the whole bill. Receipt even showed free pizza plus mac and cheese. Instead as I'm coming down the steps hearing the dog bark I hear him say to her I see that. No you have to pay the whole thing for the free pizza? And she just said again the bill included the mac. As I make my way through the kitchen to get the dog to stop i hear him say "I Don't Know Call The Store" take how I heard it with a grain of salt. Tried calling but then just took the free pizza back the lady tried to act nice at first then picked up the Receipt and said see not paid for. Uhmm I just explained and had to point at the Receipt again. Charge was for delivery and mac and cheese not the free pizza. And she then said ohh he doesn't speak good English sounded good with the attitude and him telling my wife it's not paid for you have to pay for the free pizza. I don't know you have to call the store.. I was 2 rooms away coming through over a dog baking and only the door being cracked. I guess take it with a grain of salt. But lost a free pizza but rather not deal with them as a company at all. Or maybe it's just that...
