There is a short white woman with blonde hair whose name I did not manage to catch while I was there. She’s rude, she’s a smart aleck, and every time I order a coffee and I notice she’s the one making it the cup is sticky and dirty and she offers no napkins or she makes the drink wrong. I’ve never ordered anything from this store while she was working that I’ve liked the first time, and she’s always rude when I request what I ordered to be made right.
Whoever this woman is, you are the sole reason I am leaving this review. You handed me back a coffee dripping with cold foam the night of 9/6 and didn’t even offer napkins and you made one of them terribly. That coffee dripped all over me and the inside of my BMW and then you were “wise” when I handed you back the drink. You looked me straight in my face and told me order more flavor next time. I appreciate not having to pay the .50 cents that it may cost to add extra caramel, because you were very clear that I should have been paying that .50 cents. Maybe next time I’ll slide you the .50 cents for your hard work.
I have some advice for you. Please check your attitude at the door when you go to work. I understand you have the luxury of being “a little spicy “ with customers because there really is not much at stake when you are. Not everyone gets that luxury because some of us perform duties at work that have more at stake. So those of us who fall into that category of work grin and bear it. It helps that the money is good, but it’s much harder to be patient outside of working hours because of that. What I am saying is, that not everyone has the patience to simply leave a rant under a review like I decided to do. There comes a time where you’ll have to hear these thoughts in person from one of these people you’re so openly rude to, so I’d suggest you give that some thought before you carry on the way that you have. I don’t know who raised you, but it is clear that they should have done a better job. Be blessed. Thanks...
Read moreBy far the worst Dunkin' experience I've ever had. We stopped in passing through town. There were people in the store but nothing too crazy. Stopped into the restroom first and it was a mess. Clogged toilets, dirty sinks, excrement on the walls. I went back out just to order a coffee to go but they only one one self-serve kiosk and one register and just fifteen feet of dead, useless counterspace. For a store that seemingly does this much volume you'd have more than one register. I hopped into the cashier line because by the time I walked in the same person was still at the kiosk, looking confused clearly struggling. There was only one other person in front of me in the human line, and it took nearly 15 minutes just to get through this first person. After the cashier finally finishes up with this customer, she leaves her post at the register with people still in line. She just backs off and starts talking and laughing with coworkers, while making eye contact with all the people still in line waiting to place orders. I only waited the twenty minutes or so because my girlfriend had to wait that long in line for a similarly trashed and messy restroom. I guess the only good thing I can say is that everything ended up being free when we left, because every single one of the almost 15 employees behind the counter refused to wait on anyone in the dining room after half an hour. I can't wait to never go back here, and I'll never make an attempt ever again. This whole crew needs some leadership...
Read moreI hated this Dunkin’ Donuts location and especially had a problem with a worker named Paula. I’m in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, the line for drive thru was so long that I decided to go inside thinking it would be faster. I stood at the register for well over 5 minutes while employee after employee walked past me, never saying a word and joking around with eachother as if they didn’t see me standing there waiting. Finally I said hi to a worker and asked, “is anyone taking orders??” He just pointed to this woman (Paula) and motioned for her to come over. When she did I asked again, “is anyone taking orders?” She then told me they ONLY use the kiosk and do not use the register. I thought that was very odd and seemed untrue because how can they force that? What if someone’s blind? Now I see after reading others comments that others have heard the same thing. HERE’S THE REAL KICKER THOUGH. As soon as I used the kiosk and moved over to wait for my order, a worker from KFC (in the same parking lot) came in. She went up to the register and guess what!! Little old miss Paula TAKES HER ORDER and proceeds to USE THE REGISTER.. the same one she said they DONT USE. Liar! I was so mad and literally will never go back. I prefer the Hamburg Dunkin Donuts over this one ANY DAY!!
Oh and because I’m pregnant, I only do decaf. I definitely did not receive...
