I haven't been to a BK in a year. This is because every time i went my order was incorrect. Something was always forgotten. Today I let my granddaughter talk me into going again ( been using DQ). Anyway I ordered 1 whopper meal w/sprite, 2 bk jrs meals w/vanilla and chocolate shakes and a kids 4 piece chix nuggets meal w/apple juice to tune of $41.36 and I also paid it forward for the car behind me which was $5.60. I paid, pulled forward and thus began the worst experience I have ever had. There were 2 ppl I could see one tall girl and one shorter one. No name tags. Anyway I was the lucky one to get the taller one with the attitude. When I pulled up she opened her window and said you had the vanilla shake I said yes and she started to hand it to me I said and a chocolate one too along with a sprite. She looked like a deer in the headlights, looked up at something and shut the window. A couple of minutes later the other girl (shorter) came to the window with a small bag saying you had the whopper jr. I said I had 2 whopper jr meals, a whopper meal and a kids meal. Again with the deer in the headlights. Back comes tall girl with shakes. I asked for a carrier as by then I had the sprite. She said What? I repeated and I got an eyeroll while she shut the window and put them in a carrier. I know disrespect when I see it and she had it in spades. Understand we sat in line for at least 15 minutes and so did everyone else. Then I had to remind her about my great granddaughters apple juice. I understand they are probably new but someone that knows the ropes should have been there to oversee them. This has cemented my determination not to use BK again. I understand you don't do well in responding or doing anything about complaints but felt you should know because if you don't know you can't fix it. Doesn't matter to me anymore as I'm...
Read moreOn 4/8/22, I stopped in the drive thru of a Burger King located in Poulsbo, WA. I arrived right before closing time and I had been in line long enough to hear the orders of the two vehicles in front of me. This whole time while in line, no cars came behind me. As I was pulling up to place my order, the shift/managing supervisor of the evening (I believe her name was Christy, or something along those lines) approached my car and told me that the car in front of me was the last car of the evening and she placed a cone in front of my car so I couldn't proceed. Now, I understand that our country is experiencing a time where employee's simply just don't want to work and not much care is given to customer service. With that said, there are people out there looking for jobs that still do care and would know, without a doubt, that the way she handled that was beyond unnecessary. She should have placed the cone BEHIND my car since I had been in line already. I called the location as I was leaving and she picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me I was only in line for less than a minute and rudely gave me her managers number. Considering how rude she was with me on the phone and so candidly and arrogantly tossed out her managers number I decided not to bother as I got the feeling that he wouldn't have cared so much either. I would hope that this feedback reaches someone of sound leadership for that location to provide constructive feedback to her. That experience really made a new customer of Mcdonald's up the street as they were more than happy to...
Read moreAs a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for restaurants that cater to my dietary preferences, and I must say, Burger King has definitely won me over with their Impossible burgers.
First of all, I appreciate the fact that Burger King is making an effort to provide a meat-free option for their customers. It's a great step forward towards sustainability, animal welfare, and health consciousness.
But let's talk about the burger itself. The Impossible patty is delicious, juicy, and tastes remarkably similar to real beef. It's a game-changer for me, as I can now enjoy the taste and texture of a burger without compromising my vegetarian lifestyle.
What's more, Burger King offers a variety of toppings and condiments, so I can customize my burger to my liking. Whether I'm in the mood for a classic burger with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, or something more adventurous like jalapenos and avocado, Burger King has got me covered.
And let's not forget the convenience factor. Burger King is a fast-food chain, so it's perfect for when I'm on the go or in a hurry. I can grab an Impossible burger and fries and be on my way in no time.
Overall, I'm thrilled that Burger King is embracing the plant-based trend and offering a delicious alternative to their traditional menu. I highly recommend giving the Impossible burger a try, whether you're a vegetarian or just looking to...
