Visiting my family in Easley for the holidays today was my first time inside this restaurant. The other day, I visited Subway on the same highway off of 153 and there was a power outrage and I basically felt unwelcome and it instantly deterred me from ever conducting business with them, they seemed to just not want to even be there and extremely unprofessional. I was instantly unimpressed as soon as I walked in the door! Subway off of 153 sucks I’m going to go review them now.
I’m happy to have had such a terrible experience with Subway because on my way back to my residence I saw there was a Jersey Mike’s and they have better food ANYWAY! I can confirm that I literally had the best experience ever and glad that I went today! I met the owner and general manager and Doug and Joe were absolutely delightful! I gave them a tip and told them what a pleasure it was to be there and that I would spread the word on the way fabulous way they run the store and if I would give 500,000 more 5 stars I would!
Shop at this Jersey Mike’s ! You get what you pay for Subway on 153 is trash!

It’s been quite a few months since we last visited this location, but since we were in the area we decided to stop. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. I thought it was odd how there was only 1 employee on the bar, but I know since covid understaffing is a problem everywhere. I also thought it was very odd how quickly my hot sub came out, considering i’ve ordered a ton of times at other locations and it never came out so quickly. When I opened my sandwich the chicken was so burnt it looked like roast beef. It was completely flavorless and the sandwich itself was just so sloppily made. I really hate to return things or ask for my money back but the quality was inedible. It seemed he just cranked the grill up as high as possible and cooked the chicken as fast as he could.

I never received my promo code. When I asked the staff about this promotion, they didn't know anything about how it worked. The one girl even said that all she does is hang the posters and no one ever explains the promos to them. This is unacceptable! I switched from Subway to your company as soon as this Powdersville location opened because their customer service had become unbearable.
