Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Prattville

I'm new to the area but not scooters. I've been going here atleast once a week for about a month. Today I was so disappointed. I ordered 3 drinks. None of them were right. I ordered a peanutbutter crunch with an extra shot and extra peanuts butter which is my normal drink. I can only taste burnt peanut powder no sweet or coffee what so ever. I also ordered a sugar free autumn caramel swirl and it was not sugar free they usually come with no whip this was almost all whip and sugar. The white mocha I ordered was subpar with a burnt coffee flavor... 25 dollars and 45 minutes I have 3 undrinkable drinks.

I've filled out two customer surveys and I haven't heard back from the owners even after they told me to reach out. I've called the store...

My goodness. I ordered a brewed coffee with Splenda and extra cream. Easy right or you would think. Well apparently not! I got the extra cream granted, but either the coffee was flavored or the creamer, NOT GOOD!! I am from out of town and already on the interstate before drinking the coffee. The girl at the window was not very cordial, acted as though it was a chore to hand me my coffee, and what she said “was HERE!” Manager, you have issues there. I love scooters coffee and get it every chance I get but you need to work...

I wanted to leave a 5 star review, because the times before have had excellent drinks, snacks, and service.

However, tonight, about 30 minutes ago, we got coffees, a duo, and cake bites.

The coffees were horrible, a hot latte and a blender. The coffee in them tasted completely old and burnt.

The duo wasn't any better. It was a mango peach. It tasted like the fruit mixes were spoiled.
