Read moreRefused to help. I understand that we are dealing with COVID and all but this location is keeping the doors locked and makes you wait outside until they see you. I went there with the intent to get my wedding rings sent off for sizing and soldering. Was told I needed an appointment. No one was in the store and I asked to simply give her my rings and wait for the paperwork outside. Was told no. What is so precious in a jewelry store that they have to be on a near lockdown status but I can go nearly anywhere else at this point?
