I wish reviews allowed for "0" stars as I would give zero stars to Prescott valley arbys if I could. There is a very wise burger place with what appears to be a limited menu when in fact, because of a secret menu, they have quite a variety that takes into kind consideration the needs of those on special diets who still want to eat with their friends and family. They provide vegan, gluten free, low carb, and no added salt options. Arbys has a secret menu as well but, the manager of the Prescott Valley location denies the existance of such a menu despite it being posted every where. If you are in need of a vegan( grilled cheese) ,forget it, if you need to change or add to a sandwich, forget it. It's their way or the highway. There is no such thing as custom service or thinking outside the box/given menu. This explains why there is never a line here. Why would you want to go here when so many other smart fast food places understand the value of accommodating the customer's needs?!
Nope Won't go...

The worst fast food experience I've ever had! And that is an understatement! The Manager should take a class on Customer Service, Tact/Decorum and the Art of Professionalism! I had a mix up on the food we received and when we tried to remedy the issue......the Manager who basically told my husband to F-off. The food quality was horrible! I wish a secret shopper could experience the treatment we experienced and the poor food quality because it seems we, the customer doesn't matter! I in an attempt to speak with the Manager by the way she would not provide her name told me to file a complaint with Enrique the Regional General Manager and that Enrique didn't care what my concern was nor she didn't care either. That is so sad that in the world today that customer service has been eliminated! I telephoned the highly incompetent Manager and she made my desire to reach out to her a total waste of time and energy! I wish the owner realized the shape of...
Read moreI love Arby’s! But today they really disappointed me. I ordered an online pick up, went through the drive-through, first they tried to give me someone else’s order. Then they told me I had to go park in the parking lot and wait for the fish to be made. 13 minutes later I called them asking where is my food. They completely forgot about me. The manager came out with the food and told me he wasn’t going to give it to me because it’s been sitting for a little while so they’re going to remake it. We had to go inside because my daughter couldn’t hold her pee any longer after waiting for 20 minutes in the parking lot. Then finally got my food and just got a simple “sorry for the wait.” I feel like it would’ve been a nice gesture to give me the food that was made earlier (that’s going to be tossed), free fries/shake or at least a partial refund as an apology. But nothing! Fast food is supposed to be fast. Really...
