So today me and my family whent to Chick-fil-A and as you can probably guess it did not go well. The Drivethough gave us the wrong food 3 4peice chicken strips and a tortilla soup. Well we when's in this time to get it straightened out. and we brought the food in with us. Be at the manager and he takes our receipt of what we ordered. Scene we had ordered 1 four piece chicken strips the manager lets us keep the three chicken strips, and takes the tortilla soup back up there. He does not allow us to keep that. And I would not have a problem with that if he had thrown it away he does not know us we do not know him and what if it were someone else that had bad intentions? someone could have put something in that food that's all I'm saying and yes we did watch him to throw it away and he never did through that entire time you did not throw away that food and he put it right next to the food that had been waiting to be put in bags or onto a table. And just so you're aware I have a little sister in school four her of her classmates are out sick with the flu. So if you got a tortilla soup at the Prescott Valley Chick-fil-A this evening don't be surprised if you get sick tomorrow. ....................... Oh yeah and one moete thing Do you know what this is 🍅 right??? If not it is a tomato What does it mean when a customer says "no tomato"....................... You do NOT put it on their sandwich Makes sense right? So why the past three times that I have ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato have I gotten one with tomato and I am not quiet about the no tomato either I literally almost yelled no tomato and normally I act completely over-exaggerated of this one simple thing because I am it it a lot of places will put tomato on your sandwich if you were there or without tomato but never and that's why I would like to congratulate you Chick-fil-A you are very first put tomato on three sandwiches in a row when I said no tomato all three times it was on the receipt all three times and most of the times it was through the drive-thru so I went home whatever get anything for it so whatever I'll just take it off wiped off my sandwich and drown my sandwich and a who cares. The one time that I was actually sitting down in like the lobby area I went out there and tell them I got tomato on this so I give them my sandwich they give it back to me with I think that was the exact same sandwich because I don't know maybe the red juicy pool of tomato juice between the lettuce and the chicken like it had been on the original sandwich. I hate it when this happens but I was going to go home right afterwards and everyone else had finish eating so I just sucked it up through ate my sandwich and went home and ate there so just telling you...
Read moreI normally don't do this however I think it's fair to write a review for Chick-fil-A which is new in town... we waited over a month to visit this restaurant because it was jam-packed... We received our meal which was cold and not very flavorful to be honest... our granddaughter was with us and she refused to eat the chicken after one bite... At some point the team manager came over and asked us why a lot of the food was untouched so we told him the truth... the waffle fries were cold and uncooked, the chicken was very greasy and wasn't as flavorful as we thought it would be... at this point the team manager explain to us that if you want your fries cooked you have to ask for them well done and that there were many other things on the menu to eat that were good and we should try all of them. Then he told us it was our own fault because "they could not read minds" and we should have taken the food back. I thought him to be very rude and unprofessional in his approach. He circled around many times and would return to tell us why we were at fault every time he stopped which does not give you that warm and fuzzy feeling about an establishment. He also told us many of the drive-through people complain because they don't get exactly what they wanted but he said they had not been specific when ordering. We were unaware that at a fast food restaurant you have to be specific about how you want something cooked, after all these are establishments that produce cookie cutter food. Having owned restaurants we found this team managers responses rude and uncaring. I'm sure this manager would have preferred us to tell him everything was wonderful but when 4 of us all ordering different meals find the food to be unacceptable we decided to be honest so they could maybe improve their customers experience.... apparently we were wrong because we got blamed for EVERYTHING! Instead of calling it chic-fil-A we now refer to it as chick-go-away...Needless to say we won't be back other than to take our granddaughter to play in the play area and maybe have a coke because that was The Only Thing Worth purchasing in the Prescott Valley location. I wish chick-fil-a the best and their customers even better and remember if your food doesn't come out the way you ecpected it's your fault! One last thing, may I suggest the people removing the trays from the tables and shoving them into the trash can(using their bare hands pushing it down) either wash their hands or put on a pair of gloves before delivering food to the...
Read moreThis is the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been through. On one order for the family they managed to leave out multiple items and the food was below quality. The fries were stale as cardboard and cold plus the Mac & Cheese was spilling out the sides as though the Mac was embarrassed being beside this substandard meal. It was as though they had microwaved the food, left it to freeze, and said “Here ya go hope you like stale potatoes!” In addition, we did not receive our sauce, utensils, and did not receive an entire order of chicken strips. They left us empty and longing for a restaurant that values its customer. We went to the drive thru, explained the situation to the outside texter, waited over 10 minutes, only for the worker at the window to say “Okay, go park and we will make the food...” So we wasted more time when the initial texter should’ve just relayed the problem in advance rather than waste our time further. Meanwhile the rest of the food turned cold as we waited, but I guess that’s just how this Chick-fil-A wants all of their food to be. Five minutes later we finally get the missing food only for the chicken to be, you guessed it, undercooked... If we wanted something cold, we would’ve ordered a shake (though I bet if we ordered one here it would come out warm somehow.) All through the experience there was no apology, no free upgrades (which is common in these situations), and no customer care. These workers always say “my pleasure” but there was no pleasure to be found tonight... NEVER GO TO...
