(Edited this to say the company responded to this review saying to email them and then no one even responds to the email guess it was only to make it look like they cared about how their awful employees act but i guess they actually dont care. Not surprised really though) Went in to get some chicks and a turkey and a second lamp and bulb the lady worker who met me at the chick's was absolutely rude the last time I was in and today was even worse she comes by with her awful attitude almost hit my grandma with the big metal ladder says what do you want over and over some of the turkeys weren't doing good and she said nah they are fine she shoves their head in the water lays it down still not moving much we said we would take it so it wouldnt die and then she says it's fine and then takes it out to take it to "her animal hospital in the back" and just walks away after belittling my grandma over it and making herself and the store look awful. I'm glad she walked away so we could make the decision to leave i told the cashier on the way out about this employees behavior and she immediately knew who we were talking about and i let her know we were taking our business elsewhere because of this other employee she apologized and we left the young cashier girl is amazing though she has a great attitude and customer service skills unlike the older lady who treats customers awful. Now i purchase hundreds of dollars of feed a month from this location for my birds and chickens along with all my other needs which I will no longer be doing if I have to run into this miserable lady treating people and the animals badly. I'm not sure how management at this store is okay with this behavior because it's not only bad for the store it has to be bad for the work environment and it's definitely bad for the brand. Read moreHuge gorgeous store, poorly stocked and poorly run, we came in to purchase a chain saw, asked two different sales associates for help, they radioed someone to come help us twice, finally after waiting for 20 mins (hardly any customers in the store) finally called the store and a gal came over, and the mid size one we wanted they didn't have out, it was pretty slim picking, but she checked in the back and they had tons, and said I guess they just haven't restocked. Then she took it in the back to "test it" another 20 mins later, she brought it back and another associate commented that he's surprised she was able to get it started.
