My favorite coffee and the people are awesome!
Edit: one year, a move to Tucson, and hundreds of visits later, and this group of individuals have become "MY people". Okay, they're really Miles' (my boxers) people, but they were mine first ๐๐. From late night study seshs to early Sunday morning, pre-church fuel-ups, and literally every day and hour in between, this group of blessed beings are always ready. They come armed with a large blended double torture added dub shot, no whip, a cup of treats for Miles (no whip), a word of encouragement for both of us, and sometimes shoulder pats and hugs, regardless of the weather. Y'all read that right. These angels are standing out there handing out sunshine and smiles regardless ๐ of ๐ the ๐ weather๐!!! ๐
Okay. I could go on. But I'll stop. Anyone reading this needs to swing by this location and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Tell the crew Miles says "HI"!! ๐ถโค

When I was checking out she wanted to know if I wanted to tip. I said no not until the music gets turned down. I waited for my coffee and the another employee asked if there was something wrong with the order? I said no I just am getting it. She then said one of the employees said I had problem with order. I said no I just got my order. I did tell her about the music being so loud nobody sitting waiting for thier orders could hear them call out that a order was ready. I got the same old excuse that we they are under staffed and tired. All I can say way to give the middle finger to the customer while we loose our hearing. I get people are tied and maybe understaffed. That how does not mean customers need deal with a rude supervisor. I will be buying my coffee...

I just had 2 drinks made, one was a blended aftershock rebel and the other was an iced coffee drink. Had to wait about 20 min-half hour. oh well, they were busy, such is life. The problem was the drinks. My red colored soft top rebel was a different color, ice was melted, and the soft top had nearly sank to the bottom. Looked like expired milk. Coffee drink wasn't too bad, ice was just melted. The lady argued with me about both the drinks and was gatekeeping the refund I asked for. Long story short I walked away with no refund, instead of staying and arguing and losing my temper. What ethic! Serve me melted crap and confidently tell me I dont deserve a refund after wasting a total of 45 minutes standing there and waiting. This isn't the Dutch bros I...
