Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

It always takes forever to get your order and the wait time gets longer each time. After 40 minutes I went to the counter and asked for the manager. I told her we had been waiting 40 minutes. While we were waiting the drive thru was taken care of and a sports team came in for a app order but they didn't come in until we had been waiting 25 minutes. The manager (a older woman) was extremely rude. She started shouting( raised her voice) at me, said they had a team order and was getting ours ready. I'm 59 and not deaf. I couldn't believe her rudeness. My husband was will never go back and he's the one that wanted to go there because he likes the food. We did get a refund because I think the manager knew things were out of hand. The floor and tables were dirty. A fast food place means waiting no more than 5 minutes unless they tell you it's going to be a little longer because food is still cooking. My husband and I had plenty of time to see what was going on and I hope the owner see's this and can find a new manager that knows how to treat customers and get the flow of the workers going. The girl at the counter spent more time talking and doing drive thru than putting orders together for dine in orders. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was unavoidable and unexceptable. We won't be coming back unless (MAYBE) we see a "Under New Management"...

First time being at a popeyes ended up giving me a sour taste for how easily they'll forget about you when they have you park to bring you your order so they can keep drive thru times down. They gave me half of my order and told me to park and that it would be about 10 mins, I pulled off and parked, and went on my phone for a bit, 10 mins goes by and nothing, a bunch of cars pull in the drive thru so I assume they got busy and itll be done soon, another 10 and the drive thru is clear, still nothing, my food is cold at this point, I'm having an anxiety attack because I'm trying to bring home food for my family, and everything is going horribly, so I finally go back thru and they just tell me "oh we forgot" that'll be another 5 mins, and they're way of making it better was giving me an apple pie, like cool that's definitely something I need, I just wanted hot food and a decent meal because I was tired and mentally drained and they made it worse.

My 2nd time coming around my husband knew to come with me this time and it was better, but they got rid of the butterfly shrimp (the only thing I really enjoy from there) and the popcorn shrimp was my only other option for good fastfood seafood, except it was just baaad. It was tough and hurt my teeth just to bite into. Idk how often I want to come back as it seems there's just problems for...

Wow. The service here is terrible. I understand that as an employee, you may not like your job, but that doesn’t mean you go treat customers like trash. We ordered food, the order taker lady was very rude and did not want us there. She kept saying “can’t hear you speak up” repeatedly. But we didn’t get upset we just took it she was having a bad day. Then we go to pick up our food at the window, and they didn’t give us the kids food. So we pull around to the front and I go in and let them know we are missing our kids food. They were just gonna let us drive off without saying anything. They tell me They had just started up their fryers at 2:00 pm.. okay…

they said that they were just now heating up. Well okay then so we go and wait and 45 minutes later we get the kids food finally. But as we’re driving away my wife opens up her popcorn shrimp and there is literally 7 pieces in there. Keep in mind we used to work at this establishment. They are supposed to fill that box with at least 20 pieces. And seeing how recent they opened to how bad they’re doing it’s no wonder no one really eats here. This will be the last time we ever stop at a Popeyes in our entire life.

So yeah, thanks for making my wife mad, now I have to deal with that. But have fun not ever seeing us again because you best believe we will spread the word on how bad...
