Crumbl — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

We love Crumbl!! The variety of flavors are awesome and it's fun to see what the new flavors will be. I'd say about 95% of the time the employees are super friendly and welcoming. A few times it felt like they're rushing you so your not able to get a good look before you leave. Which brings me to todays experience, there was no greeting, she just said 6 cookie box, opened the lid and then closed it before I could really look. There was one other person in the store but it felt so awkward that I just grabbed the box and left. We live over an hour away from Prescott so when we're around there we will usually try to grab a few, We were very excited to try the strawberry pretzel cookie today, now let me tell you the flavor was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, the texture was perfect but the sizes were very inconsistent. When you pay the same price and get a smaller cookie it can be very disappointing, especially for the 4 of us to share. If there was an option to put 0 stars I would, and that's only due to the staff who work there. I go pick up an online order that is paid for and they tell me they gave some of my order away to people who came in after I placed my order, that's giving away something that has already been purchased. The assistant manager offers no apologies for her actions and then proceeds to be unprofessional and sarcastic and stated I had all week to get the cookies and that it's my fault they gave the cookies away. This isn't the first incident at this location, the other instance they made a mistake and blamed the app and tried gaslight me for the mistake instead of taking accountability. The company and other locations are amazing but the Prescott valley location has unprofessional and rude staff, as evidenced by their assistant manager being the worst example of customer service. Their assistant manager literally sold cookies I had already paid for on the app, and when I went in to pick them up, and they weren't there, her reasoning was "other people came in before I did, so she sold them"...you can't sell something that was already sold! She then proceeded to say "you had all week to get the cookies if you wanted them". How is that in any way ok to do? The worst part is, I called ahead as well to make sure everything would be ready for me, and when I went in, nothing was ready because in the 20 minutes it took for me to get there after the phone call, she sold the items I had already ordered to other people. This wasn't the first time either!

Honestly, forget about the cookies and the price of anything. The service at this particular store is AWFUL. The staff are so unprofessional and straight up rude.
