Gabby's Grill — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

Not Exactly Wheelchair Friendly!!! When we got there with our 79 year old, disabled mother they let us know they only have three tables that were wheelchair accessible. One was empty but reserved, and the other two were in use. We looked to our right and found multiple tables that would work BUT ONLY if we could get a lady that DOESN’T WALK to walk up some stairs! We decided to wait for one of the two tables (spoiler alert that never happened) but went to the restroom first. Again we had to wait while one of their employees (not handicapped) was done in the larger stall that we needed. We ended up getting a booth when they told us how long the wait would be for a table. We had to transfer our mother from her custom wheelchair (she has back problems) into the booth where she wasn’t quite as comfortable as she would’ve been in her chair. We decided to just let it all go but decided to write this review when they brought her Reuben sandwich out with crunchy burnt rye that turned her teeth black with the first bite! They brought us a new sandwich quickly and that’s the only reason we gave them two stars instead of one. Lesson learned: Make a reservation if you’re in a wheelchair and be prepared to wait for their employees to finish...

If there was a negative starts then it would get - 5 the service was horrible the wait staff (multiple people)walked passed our table 6 times without taking plates on table that could be picked up. My husband's food came out and and the noodles were very over cooked and clumped together very over cooked my mom didnt have a steak knife to cut her food and my 2 year old burger wasn't put in until our food came out because the runner from the back said there was no burger on the ticket. (HE APPOLIGIZED) A waitress came over asked my husband if he wanted the food remaid or anything else on menu he declined discussed. She then thro out attitude and the disrespect continued no apology at all no explanation to fix it and she tried to denied any wrong doings saying it's not her fault saying I did nothing to you. She then told him to leave, because he was complaing about service mind you my 2 year old still doesn't have food and plates still on the table. She wanted to kick my husband out well then we All leave and we all stood up and walked out. This restaurant is over priced worst service possible and the food is mediocre at best. So we went to...

A few months back I had been at Gabby's just for drinks. Ok priced drinks, but took our server 20 minutes just to get back out water drinks. Just a couple weeks ago I went back to try the food out. Same slow, and over bearing service, OVER PRICED food. Plus the food was horrible, i had ordered the chicken and artichoke plate. My chicken was hardly warm, and hard. The "artichokes" looked and tasted like soup. No flavor, and the veggies had looked old and wet. Our waitress was a little pushy about ordered and how our meal was because they where super slow. She ever refilled our water after asking for more twice. I finally got the check after asking twice an hour later. After asking for the check, for two people, no drinks, no appetizers, no steak meal or dessert....our bill was a little under $50. I was shocked.

Truley a disappointment, after getting home I was upset that i spent that much money on food I really didnt enjoy and wished I never tried.

Sorry for the horrible long review, I just had that bad of food...
