I've lived in Prescott Valley for a couple years now and have had many opportunities to try this place (as well as many of the other "****ilibertos" type places around the state) and this one is just ok. Most of the time the food is decent though it can be a bit bland depending on who is cooking. Which is a bit troubling itself considering a staple of a good restaurant is consistency. The service however almost always isn't very great. Recently they hired a couple new employees who are younger and very kind and helpful. Some of the other employees however tend to be a little rude and lack basic customer service skills, as well as when they are working the prices seem to change day to day without a receipt given. Though the newer employees charge the same amount everytime. All in all I rank them 3 out of 5 stars which I think is generous considering even the consistency of their advertised hours aren't correct as multiple times I've gone by and they are indeed closed.

I gave this place a try and purchased a burrito in the drive through. I chose a chimichanga thinking it would be a safe option. For starters, the price I was charged didn't match what was on their board. When I asked about the price difference, I was told they hadn't updated their board. I got home and bit into nothing but tortilla. I then unfolded the burrito to discover that the filling was about the size of a ln enchilada! The rest was all flour tortilla. I was too far to go back, so I made the best of it. Unfortunately, the meat was tasteless and extra greasy. To make matters worse, it made me I'll, to the point I couldn't eat anything until late afternoon the next day. My guess they only stay in business because they're open 24 hours. I don't think it's their food that keeps them in business.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had to this time. 1. Ordered a Beef Taco and Cheese Enchilada combo - The whole meal was cold! The beans, the rice, the taco..even the cheese inside the enchilada wasn’t melted. I’m wondering why I waited 20 minutes in the drive through if they were dishing out uncooked food! 2. Ordered two kid meals - was told that they could not get a soda, apple juice only. Since when?! Why?! Soda is not so expensive that a small soda can’t be an option. Even if she would’ve said it’s 50 cents more. Cool, but she didn’t and I was left with pissed off 8 years olds. This is an awful rule. 3. I am a single Mom and I don’t eat out often, when I spend $35 on food, this is not what I expect! Do better.

The one star is only because the food was pretty good, but the service was terrible! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Jaime was working and when I first pulled to the menu to order no one responded. I waited 5 minutes and decided to just pull to the window. When I did so, the woman(Jaime) saw us and walked away, the cook seen us and pointed and then was hesitant to walk back over. Once she finally came to the window after another 3 minutes goes by, Im like "Hi there, the voicebox wasnt working so we decided to pull to the window" the woman was like "Okay but im counting my drawer and my headset never went off" i said "thats fine, can we order with you or no?" And shes like "i guess i can help you guys, ill just have to do it on a different drawer." Proceeded to tell the woman the order (which she messed up) when her co worker walks in. She closes the drive thru window and I can hear the both of them thru the window. The woman was mocking us and calling us bit**s and how picky we were in the order. The co worker gives us our food and i asked for the person who took our orders name and the name of the manager. They both looked at us dumb and were again hesitant in answering the question. Once they gave the names the woman and the girl(Vanessa) smirked and sarcastically said have a nice night and rolled her eyes. Disgusting, they had one job that doesn't require much to do, you should never treat anyone like that especially if you're getting paid. First time there and will never be back again thank you Riliberto's. For everyone else who actually read this and is wondering, i would reccomend Alfonso's for anyone who is looking for good Mexican food and nice service, only thing is...

Major food contamination issues. The tortillas smelled like cleaning chemicals, the rice smelled and tasted like it had gone bad, and the chicken actually tasted like fish. They’re clearly not cooking and storing their food properly. We work in food service and have never seen so many obvious contamination issues on one tray. After a a couple bites we just left, hoping we don’t get sick from the little we ate. We would have asked for a refund but they were so rude taking our order, we didn’t think it was worth even talking to them. They clearly don’t care. The restaurant itself looked clean enough but the bathrooms were nasty. Really hope this place gets a health inspection before someone gets seriously sick. Update in lieu of store response: We definitely posted this to the correct location. We went to the KFC next door to get drinks and write this. And the person who ate the most chicken had to violently and urgently use the bathroom. We sent a digital report to the health department about the food poisoning incident and hope to speak with them after the holiday. The dismissive nature of the store’s response is not supervising given how they acted and the state of the store. As a customer please don’t trust someone who treats food contamination concerns this way. If your food smells funny or tastes wrong like poultry that tastes like fish, please don’t eat it! Or just...

This place has gotten progressively crappier the longer they've been in business. Today my husband and I arrived at the drive thru at 11:05 am and ordered two burritos, a breakfast burrito and a chili relleno burrito. There was one car at the pick up window when we pulled around. We sat behind them till 11:15. We didn't get our burritos until 11:25. The staff ignored us the entire 20 minute wait, didn't inform us during the wait why there was a wait, and when wlthey did finally get the food to us, she just murmured sorry for the wait. When I asked why there was a 20 minutes wait, the server got defensive and said rather snippy that they had a "big order." Ok, whatever. Things happen. When we get home to eat (5 minutes later), the center of the chili relleno was cold and unmelted, and the burrito was literally just the chili relleno in a stale tortilla.... no rice or beans or anything else you'd imagine would go in a $6 burrito...and the cook left the stems on. Outside a burrito i can see, but inside a burrito? Come on now! That's just stupid. Who wants their first bite of a buritto to be of a STEM?? Very poor quality, cold inside to a soggy, sad excuse of a chili relleno, super slow, shabby and unfriendly service. I honestly don't have anything redeeming to say about this place. Save your fast food money for fast food that doesn't suck and is...
