Try to buy lunch for my family today arrived at 10:15 which is 15 minutes earlier than they begin serving lunch sat behind 10 carrs and when it was my turn it was 10:27 and I was still told I could not purchase lunch so I then decided to leave Wendy's off of glassford where the young man who is at their window right now is absolutely rude and ignorant if you taking my order by the time I got to the window it would have been probably closer to 10:40 as it is right now where I am now in line at somewhere else placing my 75 lunch order from my business for my employees so well done whoever owns this Wendy's you guys have more employees pass through there than I've ever seen in my entire life I was actually giving you a second chance after the other day my bacon was raw my daughter's Burger was barely cooked and the chicken nuggets were still actually kind of Frozen in the middle so now on round two I won't support...
Read moreThe food was good, but the rest of the service was horrible. Part of my order was a kids meals. And when I went to order frosty after the meal was over. I asked if a frosty still came with the kids meal and she said no. Then I pointed to the kids cups and asked if that was an option to buy and she said no only a small and up. And then after she charged me for the small and the rest of my order she said those aren't kids frosty's they are Jr. Frosty's. I just looked so shocked that she acted so rude. Then the manager send over one of the kids to bring me a "Jr" frosty and said it does come with the meal. And I told her forget it. I already had to pay for one that was too big that my kid wasn't going to finish i didn't need any more ice cream. Such bad service. Read moreThe Prescott Valley, AZ store has good food and the crew is helpful. The management however may need to be trained again in the practice of customer service. During my recent visit today, the man that I assume is the store manager, had his food made by the kitchen staff while we, the customers, waited in line to be waited on and then waited some more for our food to be made AFTER the crew slowly prepared HIS food. Now this all happened during their rush hours of 11:00-1:00. I know good customer service means the customers come first, and the management eats during the off hours around rush hour, no matter how busy it is.
