As a frequent visitor, my experiences at the local Dunkin' has revealed a mix of positives and areas for growth. Nestled into a weekly routine, my visits have shed light on various aspects of the establishment.
In terms of product quality, the donuts and food items seem to have lost a bit of the magic that once defined Dunkin' Donuts. While the coffee still manages to impress with its consistent quality, the overall taste of the edibles falls into the realm of average.
The Dunkin' mobile app has been the saving grace of my experience. Its user-friendly interface and the rapid accumulation of rewards have made it an essential tool. The true gem lies in the app's ability to ensure the accuracy of orders. The staff appears to be more focused and precise when handling app orders, a relief that eliminates the frustration of errors that occasionally plague the traditional ordering process, as other reviews of this location have pointed out.
This efficiency reflects in the speed of service when utilizing the app. A solid 5 out of 5, the process is seamless: a simple mention of the mobile order, a swift exchange at the window, and off I go, eliminating any possibility of unwelcome interactions.
While variety is a strong suit for Dunkin' Donuts, the extensive menu has led to a minor trade-off in quality. An array of options is always exciting, but a narrower focus might elevate the overall experience by ensuring the highest quality across the board.
The staff, while generally amicable, sometimes grapples with peak service times, resulting in brevity during interactions. This is likely due to being overwhelmed, highlighting an area that could benefit from further staff training.
This Dunkin' location offers a satisfactory experience that has been bolstered by the efficient and accurate mobile app. While there's room for improvement in terms of product quality and staff training during peak times, the loyalty rewards program shines bright. A well-deserved 3 out of 5 stars, leaving the hope that Dunkin' will continue to strive...
Read moreI am addicted to the Brown Sugar Cold Foam Coffee and today got one to take home after doing errands. Dont know what it was. I guess a cross between an iced coffee and old cold brew. I threw it out. There was a little foam mingled amongst the ice and no brown sugar foam. What the heck? The staff needs to be trained the same when making these specialty drinks. There is no consistency. You spend 5.00 on a drink and never know what your getting. Second time its happened. Frustrating. I almost took it back butafter reading articles about these young employees posting on tik toc what they do to customers who complain--no thanks.
Ive also noticed no one ever replies to the reviews from Dunkin to acknowledge anything. Poor...
Read moreI lived in Prescott for a year & after an initial bumpy start, this location is easily the best. I finally know what people mean when they talk about their "coffee guy" or what feels like a personal barista. Once they get your favorite recipe & start knowing your name & even my dog stopped growling (shes iffy) once she realized these are the bacon people who sometimes give her pupcups, it was aboslute gold. Not to mention, it helps when the friendly smile comes from a pleasant face & coffee from thick tattooed arms. Aha. You all made my time there awesome & accepted mishaps graciously. I think about you every time I go to my new coffee spot. Yall are...
