I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A in Prosper, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Not only was the food delicious, but the store itself was impressively clean and well-maintained.

Speechless. Yet I will try my best to communicate just how impressed I am time and time again with this establishment. Every time I visit I’m never disappointed, never let down, never surprised and never leave unhappy. I just don’t understand why other fast food establishments haven’t caught on to the success here at Chick-fil-a. 5 star restaurants don’t even come close to treating me this good. There’s simply a genuine, sincere kindness that radiates from this place that you know is real. Not fabricated. I believe the reason behind the success is management and the employees who work here. It starts at the top. If you as a leader believe in your business, those around you will follow suit. But I digress…. As for my dinner, outstanding. I ordered a catering meal a day in advance. I arrive early and sure enough they already had it ready. As a last minute addition I decided to add a few more items. In the midst of the busyness they still prioritized my requests and had me back on the road within minutes, all while accomplishing the same goal for others around me. I arrive home with my meal to feed my guests to which we have an amazing, delicious dinner. At the end of the night as I am wrapping up and throwing trash away I find tucked away in one of the bags a letter. A letter? I open it up and find a hand written thank you note. Writing hand written thank you notes in a world where everything can be communicated in 160 characters or less via text message is becoming a lost art. There’s absolutely no reason why somebody who works at a fast food restaurant would write a customer a thank you letter, unless of course you are just simply one of a kind who genuinely cares.

This is my conclusion, at the end of the day, no matter what, they just want you to be happy and remind you that it’s not necessarily Chick-fil-a who brings value to the world. They see the world as more...

I’ve had too many bad experiences here not to write a 1-star review. Chick fil a used to be known for their amazing customer service but this location proves time and time again that they are just like any other sub-par fast food chain that doesn’t care about how your order comes out. I come here at least 1-2 times a week and every single time they screw up some part of the order. These last two visits take the cake. Last week, we ordered 2 breakfast burritos, both with extra chicken (keep in mind, EACH extra chicken costs almost $4 extra), we get home to dig in and see they clearly did not add any extra chicken. Since we had so many bad experiences already, we called up the store to let them know. They had the audacity to tell us these sad little burritos did indeed have the extra chicken, when we were looking right at them and they were normal burritos 😂 trying to gaslight, CFA? So today, we again attempt to get our usually burritos with extra chicken and thankfully discovered before getting home that while my burrito did appear to have extra chicken, it was not grilled like I ordered (the sticker even said grilled). So I went in and let the manager know that every single time we come, there is something messed up. I then proceeded to repeat my order THREE times to ensure it doesn’t get screwed up again. Grilled burrito with EXTRA CHICKEN. He brings it out, I open it in the car and it only has 3 pieces of chicken in it. It’s just laughable at this point. I give up.
