Placed online order for pick up for 2 family packs. Paid for extra onions and extra pickles for both family packs. Upon entering received no greet from either employee and had to get their attention to assist despite the restaurant being empty. I let them know I was there for my online order and the woman just stared at a bunch of receipts and walked away. Another woman came out with a bag and slid across the counter. I asked if that was everything and she said "I guess." I then purchased a beverage and left. We did not end up receiving ANY pickles or onions with the order much less the extra that was paid for. All of the meats were room temperature at best. And we received no plastic ware or utensils/napkins with the order. I called the location and informed the woman that answered that we did not receive any pickles or onions, she handed phone to a man who only said "Ya" when he took the phone. I asked for his name and he said Frank and I asked if he was the manager and he said "yuh". I told him again that we did not receive any pickles and onions and his response was "okay and?" I informed him that i paid for the extras and would like the charge adjusted. His response was "well how much did you pay for them?" I told him i believe they were 1.25 each x 4 but wasn't exactly sure but did know there was an additional charge and again we did not receive any much less extra. He responded with "well you can come get em if you want them." I told him no that I wanted a refund for those items I did not receive and his response was "really man?" I then asked for the owner or general managers information and Frank refused to provide and hung up on me. I am the property manager for a large housing community less than two miles from this location. I will never refer this restaurant to any of my employees or residents. This lunch was for my maintenance team to celebrate before the Thanksgiving Holiday. The missing items and room temperature food are one thing, but the genuine lack of any care, concern, or resolution by the supposed manager, Frank, is outrageous and unacceptable. I expect the owner/general manager/corporate offices to contact me as soon...
Read moreTerrible service today. We will not return to this location and maybe not Dickeys after today (Sunday, Feb. 19th noon). The two individuals working at the Prosper Dickeys location off 380 University could not have been a less interested in helping or answering questions about the menu or our service. The electric TV menus were not turned on except for 1 in the middle out of three. We could not see prices nor what to order. When we asked questions to the man working the meat station he was irritated and not helpful….even through the restaurant was EMPTY and nothing else for him to do. It was disappointing to learn your company no longer serves turkey. We ordered our food and then had to deal with the second unwelcoming employee at the sides and register. She asked us what we wanted and then got those items confused. We asked for two orders of fried okra and when they brought it to the table the put both orders in one single bag. We were not sharing it was for two individual people. When we asked if that was two orders he just looked at us and said “yea”. So rude and inconsiderate of the customer. We had two children with us and we actually chose Dickeys this Sunday because of the kids meal free with adult meal. The lady at the register charged us the full price of one of the kids meals because she said we didn’t order the correct adult meal (hard to do that or know that when NO restaurant menu was working or on). Super disappointing to spend over $40 and not even get all that we ordered. To end the meal my son was anxiously awaiting the free ice cream to only go over to the machine and learn it was still soup and not frozen because it was not turned on early enough by the employees. This location need’s serious attention by an on-site manager or at least some check-ins. The place looked unkept and as if the owner is never present or cares. I for sure lost respect for this location and...
Read moreIf you are ordering from too good to go because you often drive by another location just dont. This location is a scam in "too good to go". Late drive for nothing. The app offers a $7 for a $18 menu value for end of day boxes. I thought it was a great deal as ot usually is with all "too good to go" boxes so i got 2. Thinking that even their half rack of ribs 2 sides and drink is $16 not $18. So imagine the diasapointment when my husband got there and all he was given was two little sandwiches with two kid size sides half empty containers and no drinks so not even a $12meal or anything remotely close to $36 value. And you might say "oh they ran out of food" no they had plenty of food and zero costumers left at end of day closing time. I paid for my boxes in the morning thinking it would be great for lunch tomorrow but no, i still had to come pack something up . No wonder they still had a lot of surprise boxes available at closing time. To make matters worse i tried the food which tasted ok, and 20-30mins later i got a huge stomach ache later which has never happened to me with bbq. We will avoid this location from now on even as a full paying custumer. Edited to reply: Do not do false-self advertising if following through is not something if you are close to being good at are and then be buttburned about it. The point of the "good to go" app is not to "be cheap" is to save food from going to waste while providing people with the opportunity to try new places/ dishes they would otherwise not. And this is a prime example; I will go out of my way if i really like a place and the food they provide this won't...
