Starbucks — Restaurant in Prosper

The female employee that was working on 02/09/25 around 1/2pm was incredibly rude. She had a very nasty attitude upon my husband and I approaching the counter, before we even began to speak or order. Once I detected her lack of professionalism, I made it known to her that she would NOT be speaking to us in that way — as we have done nothing wrong to her to receive such treatment. She then QUICKLY got her act together; goes to show that she is a coward that will take advantage of people’s kindess, if allowed.

I ordered my one drink at 5:28 it’s now 6pm. I asked the young man making my drink if he could tell me about how long his response was “nope” you have 2 people working here and only one making drinks.
