Worst management ever !!! But the employees are actually nice and they are trying. Problem is management. It's downright pathetic/ embarrassing. Literally Burger King upper management should wake up every day just ashamed of themselves. Obv they don't care just like everyone else in this lazy country. But this place is the epitomy of pathetic America. Disgusting is not even a good enough word. The drive thru line is a f ing mile long and takes 45 mins to get through! 45 minutes ! Every night it's really a joke at this point. Whoever owns this Burger King should be deported and never allowed to run a lemonade stand. It's the only Burger King around figure it out. After a long day at work, I visited your restaurant and ordered two double cheeseburgers with bacon, adding lettuce, tomato, and mayo, along with a coupon for a complimentary order of fries.
Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Burger King. After being informed of a wait, I ultimately received the wrong order – a plain cheeseburger and two fries. When I informed the staff member that this was not my order, I was met with unhelpfulness, as he insisted I either accept the wrong order or leave without anything. This interaction was surprising and disappointing, especially given that I have always enjoyed dining at Burger King. Furthermore, I had even given a tip at the drive-thru, understanding the challenges of working late.

Read moreWow! I've been going to this location off & on for a few years now. Usually drive thru is where they mess up BAD but today it was done in my face! Ordered a #1, girl repeated it but didn't ask me if I wanted to upgrade or what kind of drink or extras I wanted. She charged me for a Whopper Jr, then didn't apologize or offer to make it right. Manager comes over but doesn't offer to make it right or even charge me the difference to fix it. Store was completely empty so there was no reason for this mistake or behavior. It was very much an "Oh well, eat what we give you" scenario. Entire room floor is ALWAYS sticky like they mop the floor with soda. A guy came in, sat down, didn't speak or order anything but proceeded to eat a full meal from another restaurant right in full view of the employees. No one said anything to him! As bad as this is, the one on Park Ave in Cranston is MUCH worse. I'm done with this company!
