Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Providence

We went in today to papa Murphy’s about 6:15 and ordered 3 pizzas we stood there for probably 15 minutes while waiting for someone to greet us as we hear two people (male and female) in the back just laughing and talking. Another girl came running in the store from taking her break and instantly apologized and went straight to taking our order and she made all of our pizzas and started an online order all while these two in the back were just bullshitting and laughing and goofing off! What customer service! It sure has been missing from a lot of businesses lately, but Papa Murphy's sure hasn't forgotten! I was in a hurry to grab some pizzas so I called them on my way and placed my order. I don't live far away, but I was THAT crunched for time. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my order was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived!!! And it was a bit of a complicated order (we have picky eaters at our house). I ordered my favorite pizza Chicken Garlic. When I went to pay the tip screen came up. I thought why? He’s working behind the counter they’re not going to do anything other than what they are paid for. So I put “no tip”. $17 for an uncooked large pizza. Then saw his his disappointed face.
