I was reluctant to write this review but I feel after calling in and speaking to the manager I still do not see any change in the quality of service. I do believe this is the worst starbucks I have ever been to hands down. Maybe it's the location that inspires them to be ok with being mediocre I'm not sure. I have been having a issue with this Starbucks the last few weeks and I'm going to try my best not to return. I keep having an issue where they are overfilling my hot cup of coffee so it is spilling from the sides of the lid. They will fill the cup to the tippity top with 0 room. I called the store to explain my situation and the worker who answered told me they were having an issue with their lids that weren't cut properly. Then, put me on the phone with the manager that sounded like a young kid who could care less about my issue. His best solution for me was to tell me to ask for room at the top of my hot coffee when I order. I find this very odd because at any other Starbucks I can order the same drink and not have to do this. I can't explain enough how frustrating it is to sip my HOT coffee and have it spill on me. I also can not understand why I pay for this HOT coffee and have to deal with it spilling in my cup holder/all over my car. I have had to remove my lid and drink my coffee down before I drive off from their parking lot or else it turns into coffee being all over me and my car.
Other things to note since I'm already here. This is the only Starbucks I've been to that does not offer splash sticks. If you ask for napkins they will pass you crumbled up napkins like you're wrong for asking for them. Countless times they will literally pass me my cup of coffee dripping from the sides with a straight face like we both don't see the messy cup I'm being handed. Recently I have stuck to basic drinks but in the past I have noticed they are always out of ingredients to complete my order. Very thoughtless and messy service. It's hard to comprehend. I usually enjoy my cup of coffee but this Starbucks is making my experiences miserable lately. I hope someone in charge at this Starbucks can read this and make some changes. Again, I did not want to resort to this review but me calling in politely seems to not be important to the staff and the...
Read moreI placed an order through the app and got in line at the drive thru at the time the app said it would be ready. It wasn’t and that was no big deal. When I got to the window they asked to see the order since they couldn’t find it. I showed them, and then I was told it would be just a few minutes (for a snack box and 2 pastries) still no big deal. After a minute, the same person came back and asked could they see the receipt details. I showed them that, they left and I could see them discussing it with a manager. The manager comes to the window and begins speaking down to me like a toddler, “Aww did you place the order a minute ago? is that why we cant see it?” I tell her no, and she continues speaking in a child like voice “ well next time, so you know, we need about four minutes after you place your order to receive it.” First of all, it’s already been 5 minutes since I entered the drive thru and with all the back and forth. Secondly, I am a middle aged woman- do not speak to me like I am a child. I tell her again that it’s been at least 10 minutes since I placed my order, and this fool goes “OH REALLY?” I point to the time stamp on the receipt of 2:33pm and she leaves the window without saying anything or apologizing for HER mistake. She starts chatting and laughing with another employee, comes back and tells me that I will have to pull around into drive thru again because they need more time to pull 3 premade snacks together. Racist, repugnant, disgusting,...
Read moreStaff asked me to leave when my dogs were only doing their jobs. I have two senior dogs who are both registered with the AKC one is qualified ESA and the other is in training to be a service dog (all which I explained to the staff) People walk in and out and it is a high stress environment for me and my dogs. I was trying to have a nice training session in public and had to explain it to them only to be asked to “wrap up training” because my dogs were sensing my anxiety which is something they are trained to do and barking at some male customer. The staff asked me to leave because my service dogs were doing their job and protecting me. I even tried explaining to her that they are ptsd reaction dogs and extremely connected to my scent and hormones. I should not have to get up and leave a location that claims to be service animal friendly just because my dogs are trained to protect me when my anxiety rises and do their job. Not even going into how unkept and understaffed this location is. Now I feel like I can’t go there to enjoy a nice coffee with my dogs because I am...
