Just found out there are new owners that's why the food sucks now really bad. The original Italian owner made great food. The new owner thinks he can just wing it and nobody will notice he can't cook and Especially can't cook italian. Can't even cook a pizza all the way through lol.

I felt kind of hungry and realized it was kind of late but thought of Wise Guys . Crazy thing is that I would have been satisfied with some average pizza joint food quality. I ordered with my stomach and ordered a eggplant grinder (#3), medium pizza, large fried dough, chocolate cake and 2 liter of coke almost $50. First go to eat a slice of pizza it's cold second the pizza isnt even fully cooked. All toppings slid right off the dough. Then I try sandwich and it oui s literally made by frying slices of eggplant and pouring the worst har marinara sauce over the top and then melting a ton of cheese ants toasted the bread. I really wish I was aggagerating but I'd bet money that's exactly how it was made. Also I had to call the driver back he forgot my cake so he said how about I just bring it to you after my next stop. I said no problem but after about 45min or so he comes back and this is after I now experienced this horrible food he says sorry for having to come back. I was going to say something but I thought forget it... I'll just enjoy my chocolate cake which hopefully they didnt make but hey you can't mess that up to much right? WRONG! He brought me carrot cake in the bag and it wasnt cold like everything else was it ended up being the only thing with Luke warm frosting which made it horrible. Ohhhh but you thought he must be done by now being disappointed?? NOPE!! The huge container of fried dough they gave me was great. Somebody just forgot to tell them there is supposed to be some oil there that it got fried in but the powdered sugar or cinnamon wont even stick to any of it because there is literally no oil or greasyness looks baked or something. In conclusion I actually used to live on fed hill and like it there. No clue what happen. I spent over $50 with a tip and I promise you I had very low expectations and Hope's but I would of been happy with some greasy pizza joint food. This was not that!!! This business doesn’t even deserve a start. I just had to pick at least one star to submit my review. So here you go. Now give me my star back. In addition, make sure you treat your future customer with good morals, dignity and respect. Your service deserves five BIG ZERO’S.

Your services lack’s good service, quantity, kindness, good morals and dignity and if that’s not enough it also lack’s the correct amount of food. As a Costumer; I deserve to be treated with respect. I offer to send a picture and you could care less. I ordered extra cully fires and all you can say is your always complaining. I never received the replacement. I did not want free food.

On top of that after reaching out to make you a-wear. I was inform that you would send me more Fries and I waited two hours and never received the replacement order

You never call me aaccused of always complaining no one’s looking for free food just what they ordered. if you don’t send me what I order I within my right to inform so you can correct the problem.

It’s your responsibility to charge and serve what your costumers orders…. also your responsibility to replace it and listen. Not lie and assume and never call or show up.

It’s also unethical to blame your costumer for your mistake. Learn how to run a business, how to treat your customers with dignity and respect.

There I want my star back. For your lack of good service, lack of caring, lack of respect and for providing what your use to giving lack of food and poor service. Or not what one ordered less of service. Your always complaining and “that’s what we service sure never My opinion didn’t matter nor was it valued be the answer.”

Called to order a pasta on my way home from work. I explained I cannot have dairy and that I would like a pasta with marinara with meatballs and sausage. He said okay, “baked Ziti-add meatballs add sausage add marinara. I asked for additional marinara because he didn’t let me know there was marinara on it. I arrive at the location at 12:15AM-they go to charge me 25 dollars. When i asked the gentlemen at the front why I’m being charged this much-he then says, “because you wanted baked ziti and then everything on the side”. I then asked him, “so do you not have a pasta that comes with meat?” He says, “no” so i go back to my car, look at the menu since I was parked, and there is a pasta with Marinara and meatballs on the menu! So i go back in the restaurant and show him and asked him why he wouldn’t offer that to me when I was ordering or right now when he was telling me why I’m paying 25 for a pasta. He looks at me, smiles and laughs, and says I can go to Secilias and get my pasta there.

That’s cool, I asked you for your help, you never offered me a suggestion for what I was asking for (i was driving so I had asked him for his help with the menu) then try to charge me for everything individually and then LAUGHs in my face when I’m just asking if it can be fixed.

Terrible service-I’ll go to Secilias and pay more BECAUSE at least they explained to me my options.

Owning and running a restaurant isn’t just about taking orders and shoving your guests out the door-it’s about assisting and helping them to promote better business.
