We were visiting from out of town and heard good things about Victor's, and wanted to support a local establishment during the pandemic. Our experience was terrible.

We tried to order online for carry-out, as we are not yet comfortable with eating inside anywhere. They listed a special on their website that was not an option through the online ordering system. I called to ask if it was possible to order this item online, and the hostess flat out told me "no" in a very rude way. I said that was fine, and then she said I should call back in 5 minutes and they could place the order by phone. I did that and ordered three items, and the hostess continued to be rude and gave me a lot of attitude while ordering. When I arrived to pick-up the food, I waited for about 5 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge me. She brought out the food and then took my credit card to charge it. The total seemed a bit higher than I remembered, so I checked the itemized receipt and saw that 2 of the three items were incorrect. I brought this to their attention, assuming I had someone else's order. The hostess at first said the order was correct, but then said that it was incorrect and they could cancel out the charge. I told them I could keep one of the incorrect dishes (it was fish and I had ordered a different fish) but that we still wanted the vegetable that we had originally ordered since my partner is a vegetarian. They said it was going to take a long time to cook the vegetable that we wanted, if I wanted to wait. The hostess was quite rude through the entire ordeal, and was telling me that the food I was given was actually better than what I had ordered. The manager (owner?) apologized repeatedly, but did not offer to correct the order expediently, nor did he offer to comp part of the meal or at least charge me the amount of the meal I had actually ordered! The food, though incorrect, was quite good. Poor customer service like this taints what could have otherwise been a lovely experience for our last night in town. Though the food was really good, we won't be going back because of the...

The only reason I gave this restaurant a 1 star is because "0" stars was not an option. The timelines and quality of food in this establishment can easily be compared to microwave dinners with freezer burns. I come from a family who has cooked for over half a century and has made fine cooking a part of life. I visited this highly recommended establishment and it was a sad disappointment. Besides the fact that everyones entree arrived several minutes apart , the waiter admittedly informed us that he put forgot to put one order through. The four entrees that were served to four different individuals were absolute garbage. The lobster risotto, lobster mac and cheese, lobster ravioli, and the pulled pork sliders were overpriced and overcooked. Explain to me how you can over cook lobster. The lobster ravioli tasted as if it were a mixture of butter, cottage cheese, and tomato paste, and more butter to "mask" the overcooked ravioli. The mac and cheese appeared to be a fine serving of Kraft's (crap) Mac and Cheese with packaged cheese and hard pasta. Bottom line, do not waste your hard earn money at such an establishment. Go to Sal's, Patio, or the pizzeria down the street. You will get much better quality of food with far...

Update on Aug 14, 2025. Gone is the welcoming atmosphere, replaced by the Resy app. Called to reserve on 8/12 and was assured a table at 8:30 pm. Offered to leave a credit card number to secure the booking but was told it wasn’t needed. Arrived that evening in time but was told there was no booking. Front desk staff asked if I used a different name. Nothing. Finally got Resy to work and returned this evening. Unfortunately food quality has declined and some favourites like the Brussels are no longer offered. Overall disappointing after some excellent initial years.

Update on Sept 8 2023. Ah yes summer weather today. Parking spots available just outside front door.

Excellent small plates. Mushrooms, bread basket, Brussels sprouts, chicken francese, lovely fruit cobbler dessert.

We doodled on the white paper on top of the table with the crayons provided but no one seemed to notice 😄

Pouring rain so drove from east end of Bradford St—not much parking but found a spot. Superb cocktails, non-alcohol juice creations and small plates - roasted Brussels, sizzling hot and nicely spiced skirt steak, grilled Mac & cheese, TDF apricot crumble for dessert. Attentive and friendly service. Highly...

Victor’s is a P-Town staple. Cocktails are great and staff is friendly. We always visit for happy hour when in town. Cheers! Edit: sorry to report that since leaving the first five star review, we have been 100% ignored the past two times we’ve tried to enjoy Victors. The first time I can forgive and call a fluke. The second time was to the point of absurdity. To the point we questioned if the servers were purposely looking beyond, over, and to the side—anywhere but AT our table. It felt like being punked. And if you’ve been here you know there is no shortage of servers or activity, they were all around us, just not acknowledging us. We were invisible. We gave it ten long minutes and then walked out. Way too long to go without a hello or a water. I know no one could know this but it especially stung since it was right after google informed me that my 5-star rating & photo had reached 35k views!

Truly an amazing experience. The food is absolutely delicious, colorful, creative and original, and everything was executed to perfection. Sliders, fish tacos and dumplings were the best, but I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. The place is stunning and perfect for couples on a romantic date but also for a dinner out with friends (even better, you get to share and taste more items!). The service was also very good, friendly and engaging, yet knowledgeable and courteous. The only issue I have with Victor’s is that they close through the winter….I wish they stayed open all year, it would be easier to find a table 😅
