Como's Pizza — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I would like to give you guys a 0 star because of the fact Melody the young lady took my order gave me a lot of attitude based on the fact that we received a pizza that was undercooked 2 days ago so I asked her about a discount because when we ordered that pizza it was near the end of the night however she was able to give us to it but he gave us attitude I asked for a supervisor she continuously give us attitude a piss me off so I asked for a supervisor she said that there's no one above her however there's no one that can help me with my complaint I truly appreciate if someone give her some direction on how to deal with situations such as this PS fix...

I've been ordering from Como's for years, always been excellent service until TONIGHT ON 10/14/2022 This will be my last time ordering from there. The manager accused me of ordering a pizza and canceling my ordering right before the delivery man arrived. I NEVER DID CALL to the establishment to order a pizza. I order mushrooms and fries last Friday, my order came on time! He furthermore had the nerve to say He will not He taking the order!. I told him Forget them. Great local spot for pizza and wings. Food is always good. I know things have changed over the years and especially the restaurant industry which you can tell here service has not been the same hopefully it gets better I really enjoy ordering from here. Only thing I can say over the years even before the covid kicked off if your paying for delivery you shouldn't have to go out to the street for your food don't let them make you walk outside to there car to get your food...
