The service was Good the clerk was nice an pleasant but they just didn't have what I wanted like the butter pecan Donuts 🍩🍩 😟 but they did suppose to have had the butter pecan crunch, But it didn't Taste Good at All it Looked Good but it didn't taste like what I've expected it to taste it was bitter an it tasted like chocolate lying an bitter an not butter pecanished it was actually NASTY AN I BOUGHT 2 LARGE FOR ME AN MY DAD CUZ HE'S A DIE HARD FAN OF DUNKINS DONUT HE LOVES THERE COFFEE ☕️ BUT HE SAID HE WANT BUY NOTHING ELSE FROM THERE OTHER THAN THERE VANILLA AN ORIGINAL COFFEE!!! AN THAT'S SAD TO SAY BUT IT'S TRUE 😢 THAT BUTTER PECAN CRUNCH THAT SHE MADE WAS TERRIBLE! 😟 WE ONLY BOUGHT IT CUZ MY DAUGHTER SAID THAT HER'S WAS GOOD 👍🏼 AN TASTY. SO WHOEVER MADE HER'SMADE IT RIGHT! BUT THE LADY THAT MADE OURS WAS TERRIBLE!.😟 A NO NO. 👎🏽 Im JUST SAYING. Dunkin is a complicated beast where there should be simplicity.

From store to store, the variance of quality in both ingredients and service varies considerably. The one near me, for example, had my lasting loyalty for a time, the best oatmilk lattes and freshest donuts. The guy who made them late night was quiet and a little grumpy, but who cares about that when you get incredible food at decent prices, and quickly?

Since he left, the quality of the coffee has decreased to such an extent that I wouldn't accept one if it was offered for free. The donuts are rarely fresh, the orders are usually mixed up, and several times my requests for allergens like Americsn cheese to be removed have been ignored. Meanwhile the price has only climbed.

Frankly, I can't justify a roll of the dice for quality at the price they set. If you must eat here, do so with caution. Check your order before moving on. Don't be afraid to...

I come to this dunkin almost everyday for the past year. Usually the staff is nice and welcoming and it’s always a pleasure having short talks with the employees working there. But on my last visit I had to wait 5 mins just to get my order taken by an Indian boy who apparently didn’t seem to interested in helping me or making my order. I was looking at ice creams because I was interested in getting a shake and the boy was there on his phone and at first I thought that any minute he will help me but I was wrong it took him 5 mins to even acknowledge the fact that a customer was waiting on him.
