McDonald's — Restaurant in Proviso Township

To bad dont let you write a review more than one time ... I hate this Mc donals it has some ignorant people this girl Liah I ask her for some hot sauce the one you use for the burritos ... and she give me two I told her I got 2 meals can you give me 2 more ... and with a shity attitude she say I am going to give it to you this time but next time you have to pay ... I told her charge me please and she say no no no I sayed charge me now please I am gona pay for them and she was no no no ... why you say that then dont take the money have money to pay for 4 package of sauce ....I alwayz ask for that and from the first time I ask for them I told the lady at the window can you sell me the hot saouse and she say no we can cos is not on the system that is like ketchup so we can charge for that .... so Mc Donals can you put that on the system so a kid like Liah dont trye to be smart ass and humiliated people like she is paying for the sauce herself and the costumers like me can buybit so we can buy them .... I hate this macdonals but is this or drive 15 minutes to the other one 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 I spend hundreds of dollars here mostly I'm not trying to get free stuff.... she ruing my hole vibe ... I would walk off the restaurant happier if she charge for 4 packages of friking sauce 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

You want to get your order wrong ... go to this Mc Donald's You want to speak with a person that no listens and ask you what did you say 3 or 4 times cos he distracted talking with someone else wile taking your order well ... go here You want them to take your order wrong and then they get mad cos you correcte them well go tho this one When you get to your hose and you notecied the order is wrong and you go back to get it rite and they act like you want somthing free please keep everything and get my money back hoooo no they got that policy that no money back but make it rite ... yea rite ... they act like they're incompetence is your fault.... I HATE GOING TO THIS ONE ... I been going to this one for over 20 years but today was my last one ... the person taking the order was the worse I ever had ... I'm a old lady and have no patience no more for stupidity.... so from know on I'm driving 10 minutes to go to the one on Mentheim they never get my order wrong and the people there is...

Not usually a person that will write reviews about locations, but I had to say something about this location, good and bad. My family and I went to this McDonald on April 2nd around 8:40ish. I do have 2 kids under the age of 5 years old. The kids where playing on the play room. As soon as I got there a guy named victor came to my table and said “I’m closing this in 15 min” and left. He said it really demanding and then puts his back on me without waiting for a response. As we are waiting for our food to come, here comes a nice lady named Vianey and right behind her was my husband. As she is putting our food on our table this guy victor comes and yells at my husband pointing at him directly “I’m closing this place in 10 min!” All three of us looked at each other (my husband, vianey and myself) like what is going on here. Vianey then says “don’t worry, you’re eating we won’t kick you out. Eat comfortably” She made us feel much better but we were still were bothered by the way that victor was talking to us and other customers. As we are trying to eat already, 9pm he literally kicked some people out telling them “I close at 9 and you guys need to leave!”. I stayed in my place, and did not leave because we had bought food and we wanted to eat not to get kicked out! As we were eating WE felt pressured. Victor was just cleaning making noise in the background like telling out to get out. Around 9:05 yells from across the room “ it’s already 9 I’m closing!” I turn around at that time and told him “I’ll leave when we are done eating” I was rushed to eat and did not feel comfortable at all! I’m very happy that Vianey was there and tried her best to keep us happy ,so prompts to her. This McDonalds, like any other place, has their bad and good (vianey) but there is certain ways to speak to a customers. My husband used to be a manager two different McDonalds and we understand that it could be stressful but it’s not the customers’ fault Victor...

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I dont frequent unhealthy fast food very often, but I've come to expect negligence and ignorance when I go to a McDonalds. The other ones I go to many times take forever, they never say have a nice day or smile, they pull you up from the drive through so they can hit the order complete button and keep their times down when in reality you're waiting 5 minutes instead of the 1 minute their records show. And when you do finally get the food, the order is wrong ir something is left out. Then you have to stand there and get ignored for minutes until one of them can be bothered to fix their mistake.

This McDonald's is the exact opposite of that. All of the workers are extremely courteous and friendly. Smiles, helpful, wishing people to have a nice day, etc. Put in my order and I had barely had a chance to take my jacket off and sit down and they were already bringing it out. Went up for napkins and before I could even stop walking or make eye contact the friendly lady asked me if she could help me with anything.

Same thing with the refills. 3 workers were by the counter jumping for the chance to ask if they could help me.

This McDonald's is the way all of them should be, and the way it was when I worked at one...
