If I could give a zero I would. I came to Cane’s with my family and went through the drive thru Friday at 9pm. After mentioning my order, the person taking my order kept repeating an item that I didn’t order. I repeated my entire order and it went silent. Again I heard “can I help you” so I let them know that I already said the order it was just silent. They asked again so I repeated myself a third time. After that they asked me if I said I was adding another kids meal and I said no I asked for an iced tea with no ice. It went silent again and I was asked again to repeat my entire order after stating I just placed my order and I wanted to make sure it was correct. They told me to go to the window. Arriving to the window, Jasmine was there and I asked her to please repeat my order since they kept getting wrong at the speaker. She rolled her eyes and sighed and repeated an order that was NOT mine. So I stated that it wasn’t mine and then she finally said my order but I still had to correct the drinks. She closed the window and started talking through her headset and I can still hear her making comments that I was asking for no ice in my “damn drink” there was another girl there complaining about how she was being placed to work everything that night while still waiting for jasmine to take my payment. After I paid, I moved onto the second window and the young lady that Jasmine was originally talking to gave me my order and I said “may I have ketchup please” and she ignored me and started talking to someone who looked like some sort of leader because she was wearing different uniform. She pointed at me and told the young lady that I was still there so she turned around and asked what I needed. I said “I asked if I can please have ketchup” and she said “we don’t have any more ketchup” the “leader” or other employee noticed her statement and questioned her and immediately brought her the ketchup. The food was amazing, but the service was unacceptable and terrible that I had to take the time to report it. Definitely will not come back to the melrose...

Worse experience EVER!!! I went through the drive-through and ask for 3 cokes and one side of large fries when I got to the window she ask me for my order and I replied looking at her 3 cokes and one order of FRIES, not only she took my debit card and took a long time with it but when she give me my order she give me a sprite, very nice I told her I say fries and she give me the biggest attitude and again still has my card with the window close and the receipt in her hand she’s talking to this tall African American guy they took like 10 min then a third person came another 5 min and she open the window n gives me the fries with a receipt and say to me here’s your order and closes the window very rude not on apology nothing. After all the time she forgot to give me my second order another coke very simple order that took 20 min since she close the window I when inside and the same African American guy, I ask him for my drink very annoyed and with a nasty attitude when and grab it saying things under his breath I ask for the manager and or his/her name and number he threw my receipt at me and told me for me to google the number. While me talking to another person there he kept talking very rude as he wanted to fight me I’m a small women he continue to talk and shaking his head saying all this cursing words I told him I understand maybe this is your first job he replied I worked at target before and all this none sense, Now I understand why his not there anymore. I will make a business bureau Complain this is not acceptable this people have to be reliable for their actions. They represent a very good company I really hope they take some actions before they run this place to the ground. Because the people next to me had a complain about the same person shorting them money. For everyone reading this be careful and make sure you look at your receipt before leaving...

This chain is actually garbage! The definition of what Americans want, a foam container filled with fries that taste and look like Walmart's Great Value brand and a couple small underwhelming chicken fingers. It's LOADED with carbs and grease too.

I'm not even that health cautious either but people for the love of god this is a box of carbs. This amount of carbs, sodium and fats has no business being in your body. Unless you want to wake up the next morning with a fat face and stomach looking bloated as a balloon be my guest. This is how you develop heart disease, fatty liver disease and have strokes.

If you don't like coleslaw you're SOL because there's no substitutes. I'm actually cringing at the all the good reviews asking myself if people know what good food is and if they're fake? Let’s not forget, this place isn’t cheap either!

I really think there's something phycological about the name of the chain that brings in customers. Perhaps it sounds healthy or makes you feel less guilty about eating it because you see pictures of cute dogs as part of the theme. How could something so fun and innocent be bad for me right?

Only in America will you find people paying $20 for a foam box filled with cheap fries, bread, and fried chicken. No wonder everyone is poor. Because they blow money on garbage like this.

God I hope this place closes down so they can build something better here like a Shake Shack, Qdoba, Del-Taco, Arcade, Carls Jr, Ramen Bar, Korean BBQ, add another floor with large windows that overlook north ave. This could’ve been...

My son and I watched as this whole strip was built and looked forward to Raising Cane. It was especially cute when the inflatable Cane was on the roof with his tail wagging. My son ordered the 6 piece dinner. The chicken fingers were lightly breaded and crunchy, with no oily aftertaste. The crinkle fries were crispy and not oily. Crunchy Cole slaw rounded out the meal. The store was clean and service was quick and with a smile. We will definitely put this on the Take Out Thursday list On another note: it's Raising Cane's 25th anniversary this year. To celebrate, they have a cute stuffed commemorative Cane dressed for a birthday party. Proceeds go to local animal shelters.

This was my first time at Cane's and it did not dissapoint! The food was great!! We were able to try the box combo which came with 4 chicken tenders, the Cane's sauce, slaw, garlic bread, fries and a drink!!! There was more than we could eat so we had left overs for home. The Cane's sauce is QUITE tasty and went really well with the chicken tenders. We also purchased a kids meal for our daughter and she enjoyed her fries and chicken as well as the sticker toy that came with the meal. Great service, large space with outdoor seating and wonderful food. Now that I've tried Canes, I'll be back!!!

The employees are always nice every time I go. I have never had a problem here except for a couple of recent times… On two separate occasions I had a sprite and those two times it was very watered down, didn’t taste like sprite at all so I had to dump it out. A third time I went I had the box combo and on my last piece of chicken I bit into something very hard…. It was a bone… A freaking bone!! I was very disappointed especially because Raising Cane’s is usually my go to when I want a quick meal.
