Every time I go here the service is ridiculously slow. It took this staff 40 minutes to get me and my roommate 2 whoppers. There were 2 other patrons ahead of us in store and none in the drive-thru queue. Employees made no attempt to hide that they all seem to dislike one another as well as their jobs. This is obviously holding back their production. On another visit to this store I was the only patron for the entire store. I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches. Now to be fair this was in Provo UT on a Sunday. So due to the slow nature of Sundays for retail shops in Provo I can appreciate that my order needed to be made fresh and that can take longer. But, even with that said it should not nearly take as long as it did. And after a long, long wait this transpires: 1) an employee picks up my order to give it to me, 2) see the manager stop them from giving me my food, 3) I am told they are just waiting on one more item, but then 4) immediately I am told nevermind it's ready and am handed my meal. What the manager didn't know is that I saw them after they stopped the aforementioned employee from handing me my food this manager made a gesture that suggested what I assume was his thought process of "screw it, who cares." What I didn't know until I arrived home, is that they did not make me a chicken sandwich like I had ordered but had made a fish sandwich on accident. Read moreThis morning I ordered a fully loaded croissantwich. They then asked me if I wanted sausage, ham or bacon. I replied that it comes with all three as I pointed out the picture on the menu. They then explained that I could mix the meats how I wanted. I said great let's do ham, bacon and bacon. When I received my order I had 3 sandwiches, one with enough ham for a footlong sub and 2 sandwiches with sausage... I returned the sandwiches and was told to keep all three. I explained that I didn't want sausage and wanted bacon. The manager threw the sausage sandwiches away and requested the cook make another. I explained loud enough for the cook to hear bacon, ham, bacon for the meats. A few moments later and they were trying to hand me a new sandwich, straight from her hand, that you could clearly see a sausage patty through the wrapper. I quickly pointed out that it too had sausage on it. The manager asked a different person to make the sandwich I requested. I watched as the employee quickly made the sandwich the correct way and then didn't microwave it. I then pointed that out and asked if I should train them on how to do fast food. If you're going to offer special requests, then get the order right. Read moreThis place is a joke. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would in a heart beat. My mom and I went here for dinner tonight (1-5-2021). We sat at the drive-thru screen to order for 20 minutes and no one answered us, despite us trying to yell into the speaker to get someone’s attention. We finally decided to pull up to the window to see if we could order there since no one was responding through the speaker. Upon pulling up to the window, the woman running the register gave us a deer in the headlights look and seemed annoyed that we had just pulled up to the window unannounced. We explained the problem to her and the other guy working there and they copped an attitude and told us that their system wasn’t equipped to take an order from the window, it needed to go through the speaker at the menu board a couple feet back. This means that we have to drive all the way around get building and get back in line, between the eight cars that had piled up behind us while we waited at the speaker to order. What?!?!?! We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. This place is a joke! I’ve never seen anything like this.
