All right. I just went to Rancheritos a couple minutes ago and I had a really bad experience. Actually, the last 3 times that I have been there was bad. Before those 3 last visits, my experience was really good. I used to get a shrimp burrito with no jalapenos because my fiance is sensitive to spicy. And with a great smile the employee from Venezuela (if I am not wrong) used to make for me. But then the employee changed and the new employee found excuses on the 3 last visit to not make the Shrimp Burrito for me. But the last time was worst because I couldn't do my order. I went through drive thru and I was looking the menu to make my order when with rudeness the employee say to order when I am ready. It took a couple seconds to decide and then I called her and she didn't answer. I though that she could be taking care of the orders of the other cars that were in front of me. I stayed there for more than 10 minutes. I called and I honked to see if someone could answer me but nothing happen. I waited for all the cars leave that maybe the employee was taking care of them. And I waited for more 5 minutes and nothing happened. I called and honked again and nothing happened. I got super angry cuz I work in restaurant business and I like to and need to take care of my guest (or costumers) because without them none business will exist. Finally I decided to change location and I went to the store close to BYU where I was super well treated and with a huge smile the employee made the burrito with no spicy.
Please treat your costumers well. Take care of theirs requests.

Read moreThe one star isn't about the food or the wait time or the number of sauces that they are now limiting? (Total of 3) the sauce is my favorite, I love the food and they're pretty fast.
The review in regards of the guy at the drive thru, I asked for 6 red sauces, he said he can only give 3, that's fine if that's a new rule id understand, that's not a huge issue, but he didn't explain that to me he just said no, there was no empathy.(context... in the past they'd normally just give 2-3 red sauces and 2-3 green sauces.) As I was driving off a bit frustrated he said something but I couldn't hear him so I backed up to see what he had to say which ended up being
"if you don't like it then don't come back here"
There are a lot of better ways than addressing the number of sauces than that can be given out, I've personally worked in customer service for a long time when in high school and parts of college, but never have I said anything remotely close to such a statement. I don't know if that kid that was working the window was having a bad day or something but he needs to leave it at the door.
It's a shame that I'd even have to leave a review of this problem, if he's the owner then he can whatever he want a to his costumers until he won't have any, but if it's some employee who's having a bad day then he needs to learn to control himself and his emotions and find a better way to address the issue, if he can't or is incapable of doing so then he...
Read moreOh my goodness this place is so yummy! I wish I had discovered it sooner because now I'm leaving Provo 😭. But anyways I plan to go again before I leave because their food has been so good. I think the value is amazing. The stuff is authentic and tasty. THEIR REFRIED BEANS. I'm tellin ya, it's kinda rare to find a Mexican place around here with refried beans that are actually flavorful. But man these ones are so yummy. And I find it amazing that I pay around $7 and can get a foot long ginormous burrito stuffed with steak! What a deal! Way better than the steak burrito you can get across the parking lot at Costa that will cost you over $10 and be mostly rice and beans. They have such a great variety on their menu that I think it would be hard not to find something you like. They're salsa bar is pretty good too. Anyways I think Rancheritos is underrated, I would highly recommend it if you're looking for some great authentic...
