I recently stopped by Brad's Pizzeria, and I have to say, the crust and bread knots were the real stars of the show. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, yet wonderfully chewy inside—honestly, some of the best I’ve had in a while. The bread knots were just as impressive, with a golden, garlicky goodness that made them downright addictive. I could’ve eaten a whole basket of those alone! That said, the sauce was a bit of a letdown for me. It leaned way too sweet, almost like it was trying to be dessert instead of balancing out the pizza.
