OKAY!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! FOUR DAYS IN A ROW NOW THAT THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN CLOSED EARLY!!!!! The first night it was 8:34pm and the store was completely closed down, attempted to call the store with no answer (could hear phone ringing inside) almost called the cops, thinking they might have gotten robbed, but saw zero cars in the parking lot and figured they must have ran out of doughnuts or something, since the hours of operation posted on the door are from 5am to 9pm 7 days a week. The second night I arrived at 8:47p doors were locked, but someone was inside so I called and a guy said that they close at 8:30 when I questioned him about the store hours posted on the door, he told me the manager ordered new stickers and needs to fix it. OKAY NO MUNCHKINS AGAIN!!!!!! The third night showed up at 8:14p store completely closed down again called and was told they had a water leak and needed to close early! BUMMER!!! The fourth night (tonight) 8:22p locked up early AGAIN, called and asked if they were still closed because of the water leak from last night, he seemed very confused about having a water leak (same voice told me about it) and said no we close at 8:30 tried asking him what time he had, all the sudden he couldn't hear me!! If you see the time pattern. I get off work at 8p and WALK out of my way to get some my favorite Munchkins! And the last couple nights it's been 30-38° outside, so I more than likely would have bought hot chocolate as well. I figure that's $10.00 a night ×4 I alone would have spent in your store. If you read the other Yelp reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to! So sad, cause we didn't have a DD back home and the last time I was able to get some Munchkins from here they were all dried out! Good luck staying...
Read moreStopped in and spent $2.88 for small cup of coffee and one donut. All the tables were dirty from previous patrons, but I usually adapt without complaint. Spent about 40 leisurely minutes, mostly sipping the coffee. Went back for a refill - counter person says .99c per refill, but to be fair she gave me half cup free (that's all I asked for actually) but felt I should have been carrying a cardboard sign saying "will clean tables for coffee." that way at least someone would have cleaned them, no one else bothered in all the time I was there. Aside from the fact that McDonalds has offered me free or discounted senior coffee, I remember years ago when DD gave unlimited free refills. I'm not after that, who the hell has the time to sit all day in DD swilling coffee? But really? DD corporate and/or the franchisee is so greedy that they aren't satisfied with the profit from their already inflated prices that they have to charge for a common customer courtesy extended by nearly every establishment I've patronized? Hmmmm. What's your guess on if I'll return or positively recommend...
Read moreI'm from the northeast where there's dunkins on every corner. I was happy to see this Dunkin while I was driving because I was in the mood for a coffee. I stopped at the drive thru and ordered a coffee with regular cream it came out white. So either the coffee was too weak or too much ice. I went back inside and nicely asked to have my coffee remade since it was too light. The worker took my coffee, and I saw her just dump out half of the coffee including the ice into the sink and just add more coffee to it. Then she put it in the counter I looked at it and it had like 2 ice cubes left in it and also dumping out half the coffee is gonna make it taste like crap. So I looked at her and asked her to remake it so she begrudgingly took the cup remade my drink with 1 cream- which I asked for and then put it on the counter and said it looks the same with an attitude. You should teach your employees to have a better attitude and to remake coffees the right way. As someone who worked at dunkin I was annoyed to see what she did to "remake" it. Maybe hire people who aren't miserable...
