I love T.J. Maxx!!!!! They have a great selection of everything that they carry. The first department I head for is their pet items. You can't beat their prices. I live near the Pueblo store and the only downfall I see is the size! Their have been several store closings of big chain stores that have been closed for years in Pueblo. If I had my say I would recommend that the T J X Corporation would rent/buy one of these buildings and then the people of Pueblo could shop local instead of driving over an hour to have a greater selection!?!?!?
I also know that the T J X Corporation truly cares about their employees and went above and beyond during a horrific time for our Country. So to me it also says they care about their customers. During 9/11 they lost over twenty employees. Over thirty were stranded over seas, devastated by sadness over losing people they knew and worked with. Not to forget frightened and alone. So the officers of the corporation put their heads together to come up with a solution to bring their employees home. They hired a private 747 airplane, complete with five, five star chefs, to prepare whatever meals these people wanted on the return trip from Europe. This aircraft had several private bedrooms with king-size beds for rest and peace to prepare for what they knew they were about to face. They landed in Canada and we're transported back to Massachusetts where the corporate headquarters are located. The cost to the TJX Corporation was $750,000.00. This is a business that won not only my heart but my loyalty. Thank you for taking the time to read my long but...
Read moreI had your average shopping experience. My husband felt a little offended thinking an employee was keeping an eye on us. We were going through some of the makeup palettes for a while since I was trying to choose a present for someone. We spent a little more time in that section than usual because I had to get the perfect colors considering they were gifts. That is the only reason I dropped a star in my rating. Hovering around a customer is fine if you ask them if they need assistance and they actually respond with a YES but hovering like a bird of prey after a customer declines assistance is just obvious you are hovering for other reasons. I understand loss prevention and shrinkage are a thing in retail but that's what cameras are for. Is making a customer feel awkward and giving them a poor experience really worth it? If your cameras aren't good enough, buy better cameras. If your loss prevention team can't do their job without making a customer have a poor experience then hire someone that can. Otherwise I loved the selection of products and the...
Read moreWent to tj Maxx today and there was a white lady standing at the entrance she worked there and me being Hispanic she watched me walk in didn't say a word I walked half way in the store and she just kept watching me, I went back and said is there a reason why you're watching me she said no I wasn't watching you, like come on now I seen her watching me, please don't think you can pick and choose people just because the color of their skin because I have a great paying job that I don't need to steal from a store like tj Maxx, that really made me mad but guaranteed I make more money in a week than she probably makes in a month plus I'm the type of person that will definitely say something to some racist person like the white lady at tj...
