Ordered my sandwich at 130pm. Went down to 2pm. What should if been an easy 20 make of one sandwich, and a wait time of maybe 5 extra mins to arrive. Just to come and find out the co worker that just left DID NOT make the sandwhich. Leaving Aleah, by herself. She was very kind and very professional regarding the situation.I was already waiting an additional 5 mins. To recieve nothing. Poor girl, they did not have the curiosity to train her on how to do refunds. This subway is a hit or Miss. It is unfortunate now, I get no lunch Thanks to Subway.
Update! Roughly six hour went by, I got off work.Went back to this Subway. I spoke to a very professional Manger. She knew about the situation. She apologized for the mess up.Even told me how to go about getting my money, which did not work. Although, the manager did say if it did not work to come back. Maybe I will. Pueblo, is a small town. The cashier rang the kids' meal up separately at 2.50 for a mini sub, 1.79 for a drink and 1.39 for chips for a total of 5.68 before tax. I questioned that amount saying the menu board shows a kids meal at 4.99 + tax and what comes with the kids meal. The cashier told me "I rang it up right so I don't know what to tell you." She made us wait for her to set up the line to take our order that was fine i get it some places are really slow so she was closing. I ordered an Italian BMT but they were out of salami.... I asked her to just put somthing else in it and she refused cause of "inventory". Ive worked in the service industry for 10 years thats the most rediculious thing ive ever been told. If you as a business are not carrying a product you should or just dont want to get more because its late you should accommodate the guest not make excuses about how 4 slices of ham will throw off your inventory !!
