Wendy's — Restaurant in Pueblo

DO NOT order from this wendys! I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad ones, but my experience ordering from this Wendys was so bad that I simply have no other choice. I have to warn people to stay AWAY. I ordered a VERY simple amount of food during a NON-peak time. (A biggie bag, a 10 piece nugget combo, and a 6-piece nugget; all after lunch but before dinner on a weekday). I ordered it THROUGH the website, NOT through a third party delivery site. I also DO NOT have a method of transportation that allows me to do pickup so i rely heavily on places that have delivery options on their website. Not only did my order arrive delivered via third party, it arrived COLD. It arrived GROSS. The biggie bag was completely missing. A drink was missing. The drink that did show up was wrong. And when I called the store to ask for help rectifying this; the manager on duty decided to be rude for no reason and placed ALL of the blame on DoorDash (despite me NOT ordering through doordash) and refused to offer any sort of help or even a sympathetic word. She was hostile from start to finish and talked to me like I was a stupid child. I hope this manager gets fired and I hope this wendys goes out of business foever. Best believe I'm calling the corporate office next. ...

I was passing through this area on a trip. I had 3 orders so I went inside just to stand there for 20 mins with no assistance. So we went to the drive thru. While paying the guy swiped my car several times which created a fraud alert. I told the guy but he said it declined for my 1st order. Really it went through and charged the 2nd order to my card which created the fraud alert that almost got my card blocked while out of town. The guy started to be rude as I was explaining this to him. So the manager came to the window. While I was explaining to her what happened the guy was in the background talking mess so at that point I lost it. I wanted my money back as I didn’t trust them with my food. The manager ensured me nothing would be wrong with my food. After all this drama we sat down to eat and they didn’t even give me the correct hamburgers. This place is a joke and the food is bad. The buns were hard too....

This is now the second time I've been shorted my baconator fries, I order the same thing every time and they seem to short me the fries , the first time I went back and the female I spoke with was beyond rude to the point of me just leaving without getting the food I was charged for and not given, this time I tried calling and no one even answered, but the same lady was working so I don't even want to deal with her again... But it has become a habit, and I was the only order they had in the drive thru no one in side they weren't busy or over whelmed. I'm understanding stuff happens but it's the same thing the same lady who doesn't like me I guess, and I'd rather avoid the argument she'll create by me asking for my product I paid for. Wendy's on Elizabeth had become one of the worst ones due to managers attitude and thinking she is able to treat customers any way she wants and cuss us out. 🤷 Guess I'll go...
