YOU WANNA TALK TO ME ABOUT THINGS LOL... So I did call and contact "you" as sugguested and spoke with no one. Thats how much you folks wanted to speak with me and hear my experiance. It was all done via text it was a real person but little more than bot format. You all don't want to talk or change anything. Just upset you got 1 star. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MINE WITH FALSE AND TRANSPARENT STATEMENTS AND FIX YOUR STORE!!!

Held hostage by poor coomunication Wasted my entire break 7/2/21 waiting for a "system reboot" we were not told about waiting to order which was close to 5 min. Food order prepared and place is backed up now. Oh we have a problem. OK.. so they are fixing it 10 min later they can accept cash. Don't have that let me pay online app not working. 25 min wasted b4 I had to leave to make it to work on time no food no nothing but frustration.

Would give 2 stars as it was made correctly and protective gloves used however fresh went out the window by the time I had to leave. Poor comunication with the patrons. I became vested for my lunch break like a losing poker hand. Had I been informed of the issue I could have gone elsewhere and being diabetic ate more than the emergency stash.

UPDATE 8/25/21 Against better judgment went back to redeem a free burrito for this whole mishap lol it was expired....

I’m going to preface this by saying we usually have a decent experience here and I rarely complain about service because I understand how stressful the industry is, however, the service we experienced today was unacceptable in all honesty. We had a fairly easy order, 1 quesadilla, one kids meal with quesadilla, and a burrito, chips and guacamole. The large quesadilla was not cooked all the way, the kids quesadilla was not cooked at all, I kid you not the cheese was just thrown in the tortilla, wrapped and put in a container, they did not give us options for sides for the kids meal which I didn’t catch until we were home (my fault) but we were charged for the kids meal and didn’t get what we ordered. Also, when ordering chips and guac, you’d expect more than a quarter of the bag full. For how expensive this came out to be, it definitely was not worth it. This chipotle gives tiny portions compared to any other chipotle I’ve been to. I’m talking like they give you maybe 50% of the rice that you’d get at any either chipotle location, and if you get a bowl it’s not even close to being full. This isn’t a one time occurrence either, I’ve been 8 times and every single time it’s a skimp amount. I’ve also asked several friends and members of my church that is local and literally every single person I have talked to thought the same thing. You can also find several reviews on yelp that have people complaining about this very thing. I don’t know if this is intentional and they are trying to cut corners to enhance their profits, or they just weren’t trained correctly by corporate.
