I must start by saying, I love Chick Fil A but my experience today was lacking any form of customer service! It was 10:27 and I wanted to place a lunch order, which I have done multiple times within 15 minutes from the switch to lunch, knowing I will have to wait for my order to be processed without any issue. The cashier consults with the front manager Brenda and she says I have to go to the back of the long line. At this point it's 10:29. I step aside and the next guest steps up to be told sorry we are no longer serving breakfast!!!! Again the cashier asks the same manager and she refuses to serve them breakfast after kicking me out for wanting to order lunch. You have got to be kidding me right?!?!?! This is the fourth bad service I have watched where this Brenda lady has put the customer last and has displayed lack of leadership. I've watched her yell at trainees in front of customers, have experienced her at the drive through with no attempt to say my pleasure or smile twice, and now this. I expect more from Chick Fil A! What kind of example can she possibly be setting for the rest of the cashier team. I am a manager in the service industry myself for a first class service organization with awards from across the country so I understand what it means to both SERVE customers and display SERVANT LEADERSHIP... this Chick Fil A clearly doesn't have the same standards that I've experienced at many others and doesn't care that their managers treat their staff like dirt off the bottom of someone's shoe in front of customers. Hopefully others will be aware of her and start to speak up. It's appalling to witness and very...
Read moreI love Chickfila, but I dislike this location alot. Nothing is wrong with the taste of the food, and the people are fine, however EVERY TIME I order a large fry or a salad it is only half full. If it happened once in a while I would chalk it up to just being an off day. However, without fail, it happens every time we order there, and the salads arent cheap... I shouldn't have to worry about getting what I paid for or ordering an extra fry to get what should be in the container. You may be wondering how do I know my items are half full? My main location is the Charles Town CFA (which is currently under reno) and I grew up going to the Hagerstown CFA all the time. My husband works near this location (and we lived there briefly) so we have gone quite a bit to this CFA. I refuse to go to this CFA unless we are meeting family or in our case ours is under renovation. It's very disappointing. I finally caved after a few years of disappointment (yes its been that many orders) and am writing a review. Can't wait till Charles Town opens again.
On a side note it peeve me a bit that they aren't allowed to sell the frosted coffees at this location because of Starbucks. Not a great look to have a deal with Starbucks when it's nothing like their coffee in the first place (and because of...
