They allow uber eats and door dash orders to be stolen. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews and try my best to be understanding, but I am frustrated. I went to pick up an Uber Eats order from this McDonald’s, even though I was hesitant, the last time I tried picking an order up from this location, the order had been stolen and the staff was dismissive. Against my better judgment, I accepted another order this morning since I figured months had passed since the last incident. I noticed the app was going to require me to enter a verification code upon pickup to confirm that it was in fact picked up by the correct person, which isn’t standard and suggests that order theft might be a recurring issue at this location. When I arrived, the manager at the front counter nonchalantly told me that the order had already been picked up and that they wouldn’t remake it. And by “picked up”, she meant stolen. When I asked for more information, she became incredibly rude and insisted I cancel the order on my end, not taking any accountability that they are being careless and allowing orders to be stolen. The orders are already paid for at that point, so I guess it’s not their problem anymore, right?
I really hope this location can improve its handling of delivery orders and work on their customer service. This has not been my experience with other McDonald’s in the area, as they have been quite pleasant...
Read moreAnytime you show up at this location they are so shortstaffed and the manager in the morning has always got an attitude because she is more focused on serving the drive-through than helping people who are standing at the counter, specifically senior citizens and/or disabled individuals who don’t know how to or refuse to use The self-serve kiosk. I had a refund issue this morning where I utilized the wrong card or so I thought and in a panic to refund the money to the wrong card the manager refunded the money to the card. I thought I used, but in fact I never actually used it. Your guys system never should’ve authorized a refund to a card that was not used on a specific transaction Now I’m going to have to fight with the corporate accounts payable office to get $5.17 put onto my check. I know it’s just $5.17 but still how would you feel if I reached into your wallet and took five dollars in cash that maybe you had set aside to give or needed for some personal issue. Read moreComplete s* show! If I could give 0 stars I would! My wife came to pick up lunch today and what a mess! She placed her order on the kiosk and waited in the lobby. She saw one employee place a part of the order aside and then it sat there for another 15 minutes. When our now-cold order was “complete”, we were missing two drinks, ended up with an extra fountain drink and were missing a Happy Meal. She asked for a refund and told to wait for the manager, who was right I front of her but busy with other tasks. She proceeded to wait another 10 minutes at the counter for the manager to even address her and this is after she asked AGAIN to speak to the manager. The disgruntled manager came over and very angrily refunded her money. All in all, she wasted 35 minutes of her life and ended up leaving with no food! There were at least another dozen patrons in the lobby waiting for their orders. Total disaster and the complete lack of professionalism. They were not helpful and it looked like no one knew exactly what to do, including the manager.
