Had a coupon, buy any foot long sub and get one free! This was the only Subway I found that actually honors coupons. I showed it to the gal in charge to confirm I could order any type of sub on the menu, she looked it over and said YES! Boom let's go. There were two different prices of sandwiches I ordered $9.99 and $10.99 then when she rang it up and scanned the coupon "coupon rejected" it expired two days ago. My eyes aren't what they used to be but is it me or do the expiration dates on these coupons require a tasco microscope? It's me but I wondered why my cashier didn't notice this. Regardless it was my bad. So I needed to pay full freight. She rang up the two subs and sadly said that'll be $35.00, I replied what? Holy Cow I should have gone to Black Angus! I was so mad at myself I didn't think to challenge that figure and I paid her in cash. Not only that I gave her a tip She asked me if I needed a receipt and I said no and off I went. When I got home I thought wait a minute while I started diving into one of the subs that frankly wasn't at all like the ones I see Charles Barkley and Steph Curry brag about. Then I realized what did I pay for? I blew the coupon sale, I overlooked the fact that I was over charged a ten spot for the subs and I tipped her for that! I had to give a low score because after all that, my bad for several reasons I had to live with but the subs were as Sir Charles might say......
Read moreI ordered online for pickup two footlong subs, and only checked them after returning home. One of the subs was made extremely incorrectly: it was missing two meats, and had tomatoes that had been removed. The worst fallacy was that the sandwich had bell peppers on it: an ingredient that was not a part of the selected sandwich in the first place, and most importantly, an ingredient that my fiance is highly allergic to. After finding this out, I had to waste a total of 30 minutes of going to the store to have it remade correctly. Sidenote: they will not pick up the phone and their voicemail box is full.
When I arrived to the store for a sandwich remake, the employee that originally made the sandwich(there was only one guy there so it was obvious) tried to say that he was “very busy”(i had seen no customers besides me at all) and tried to blame the fallacies on the toaster, which made no sense. After I made him aware of the situation, my fiance was allergic to an ingredient HE added and could have resulted in a hospital trip if it was eaten, he reluctantly agreed to remake it. He was very rude throughout the entire interaction and nearly missed even more ingredients. All in all, I am very glad I did not tip and will not be back to this location.

Read moreWorst experience at any establishment ever. I ordered online and had waited for 30 minutes before I even left my house to go get my food and upon my arrival I was greeted by an empty dining room and two young teens talking to each other and using their phones. When I asked them if my order was ready they told me they haven’t even started it yet. so I was already confused since literally no one was there. Then they proceeded to make another persons order who had ordered at the time I entered the restarting. It then took them another 20 minutes of SLOWLY wandering around and making other peoples sandwich’s. When they finally started making mine I was already ready to just leave but I had already paid so I was making sure I got my items. Once they finally had gotten my food prepared I thanked them and left only to get home and find they didn’t even give me the right order. Whoever the manager of this restaurant is needs to get a proper setting for theses young kids. It was a disgrace and I am posting this just so people in the near future realize this and make notes about...
