Good food, bad dine-in experience. Everything other than wait time was good. After I had ordered, when going to get my beverage, heard the person at the counter take a drive-thru order for 5 tacos. Watched a few moments later as this order was made, and another three orders from the drive-thru (no one else in restaurant at that time, that would have ordered after me) before mine was even started.
After two drive-thru orders were completed, made eye contact several times with a manager who was stocking take out boxes, as I stood at the counter waiting for my food. Without saying anything to me, she did eventually go to the other side of the food prep area, scanning the order LCD on the way by, and I could hear her ask the person working the line if they were working on an item that was specific to my order. She set aside a taco on a dining tray (part of my order) and then disappeared somewhere in the drive-thru area.
The manager then appeared a minute later with a french fry and placed it on the tray next to the taco (presumably to cool down along with my taco).
The manager then waited as the line person made another drive-thru order. Saw the manager pointing to the monitor to call the line person's attention to my final item. The line person then started on it because she had no more drive-thru orders (I confirmed with a quick peek out a side window that the drive-thru was now, in fact, empty).
The manager then handed me my food and did apologize for the wait.
Normally I don't write bad reviews of fast food establishments (it is fast food after all...or as I believe I've explained, food at a casual pace). But, when tears are starting to well up in my 8 yr old daughter's eyes (from being hungry and wondering what is taking so long), I figure it warrants a word or two.
Long story short (too late), don't go here if you plan to dine in. But, if you are just going through the drive-thru, by all means, rest assured you'll get everything faster than the poor souls...
Read moreI never leave bad reviews but this time it’s warranted. We walk in to the restaurant and no one even acknowledges our existence. I had to physically ask the young boy behind the counter to please take our order. The first time I asked he just mumbled and turned back around so I asked again. I assume he figures why would he take the order or communicate if there is an ordering kiosk there?? I ordered my burrito with xtra green sauce and xtra cheese. An additional $1.30, but I’m willing to pay cause it’s better that way. We finally get the 20 dollars worth of food we ordered again to a turned back with no acknowledgment and I bite into my ONLY BEAN burrito. No sauce very little cheese. No big deal I expect these places not to get it right so I go up to the counter to get an xtra side of green sauce and cheese. The young boy asks the manager and he too mumbles behind his mask and the boy says they gave you xtra cheese and sauce. I actually showed them my burrito that was bitten into and that it was only beans. I said are you seriously going to argue with your customer over this???? The little manager mumbled again and I believe he said no you already got two scoops. I said loudly this is why your restaurant is empty and that I would never give him my business again. He’s a cheap and refused to give me what I paid for. Let me tell you something Little manager, your xtra cheese and sauce you refused to give me that probably was $30 cents ultimately will cost you hundreds of dollars and many customers. Not only will my family and myself never eat at your establishment again, but this review will deter others also. A little tip. Don’t step over dollars to pick up Pennies. Look out the window at chick-filet and inn and out 2 businesses right beside you with long lines in drive thru and full diners. Business that actually care about their...
Read moreUPDATE (5/8/22): Sign on the door says they close at 1a on Saturday, it's 12:30a and they're closed. Ended-up going to In-N-Out, where they're actually open until they say they're open.
UPDATE: This location has really turned around their game. The new staff is polite and courteous... they even call out the items in the bags as they hand them to you. Food is made correctly. Good job management on getting some quality staff in here!!!
Tacos are full. Fries are filled to the top of the container (another famous food chain could take lessons here). Burritos are not dry.
Old Review: We've never had good luck with this location.
Tonight (8/28) we show up at 11p (three hours before close) and all the lights are off inside, but the drive through lights are on. I check my phone and it shows they're open until 2a.
We pull in the drive through and we're literally the only car at this place with the exception of two other cars in the parking lot. The worker over the speaker asks if we can please wait. We wait for about 5 minutes, finally the worker comes back on and says their fryer is broken, they're out of refried beans, and the burger station is down.
What the heck!!! You had us wait 5 minutes to tell us that! You make burritos, burgers, and fries and you don't think you probably should have said that first?!
We drive on through and as we drive by the drive through window all the workers are just chatting it up inside!!! So basically we waited in the drive through so you could finish your conversation?!
If your burger station is down, your fryer is broken, and you're out of refried beans... THEN CLOSE!!!! Because you're out of the only stuff people...
