This has to be one of the worst stores anywhere. If James is not working the dining room the place is always filthy; tables, drink bar, restrooms, everything. Yesterday I met 2 friends there, this is how it went. I ordered a soft drink, when I arrived at the drink station there was a sign on it that said they were out of CO2 so no drinks. THEY HAD JUST SOLD ME A DRINK!!!! Another customer was asking at the counter for ketchup; they were told they were out of ketchup packets AND the ketchup dispenser was out too. It was FREEZING in the place, temps in the 20's at night so it really was cold. They said the unit quit working, things like that happen but when you add it all up it's a disgusting visit to the most financially secure fast fast joing in the world. WHY? Because they do NOT train their people at any level, other than how to work the cash register. One time I git a new person that was on her 2nd day as an employee, left alone at the register. She could do vitually nothing without assistance. Stupid. I'm not sure anyone in this store knows how to properly stock napkins in the dispensers becuae they are always so tight you can't get any out and they ALWAYS turned the wrong direction so you have no "tail" to grab and pull. Their menu board has their menu displayed for $!, $2 & $3 items. Within the $1 display is listed a Sausage McMuffin. But they now charge $1.79 for that sandwich. They would not budge so I n=made a scene and left. I will NEVER set foot in this store again, it's pathetic. And yet the people are "nice", they are just an untrained, incompetent group of people which is not their fault. I will attach some pictures. One shows a picture of the top of the men's urinal with "stuff" there. Another shows the floor at the urinal. Yesterday, nearly a week later, the floor was clean but the urinal has not been touched by anyone to clean it. I will be filing a complaint with the Health Dept. Another picture shows an 18-wheeler parked across the entire front of the store to unload product, blaocking every parking space at the front door. This includes the Handicap Parking spots. This has happened before and I have told management it is illegal to block handicap spots for any reason while the store is open for business. THEY DO NOT CARE. I will be filing a complaint with the Justice Dept who handles all ADA violations. They will get hammered for this beause I have done it before and it works quite well. They utilize 3 parking spaces right at the front door for the convenience of drive thru customers who wait for so long for their order, they get moved to those spaces to wait. He got home and the fries were the most disgusting things I've ever seen. They literally died in the window and I assume instead of throwing them in the trash where they belonged they gave them to some unassuming kid. I told him not to eat them because they were old, shriveled and ice cold. Everyone knows McDonald's fries are trash when they're cold. It wasn't like it took him 30 minutes to get home, it took him less than 5 minutes. However he did wait at least 15 minutes for food. Why? The fries he got were GROSS. I told him not to eat them and we'd take them back when I got off work. I had a couple of errands to run anyway. We pull in and I order a medium fry for my daughter. I tell the girls at the window what happened earlier and she grabs a "manager". This manager was maybe 18 and clearly had not been trained on how to handle customers. I told her what happened earlier and she said, "well if you don't have a receipt I don't think I can help you". Wait, what! He ordered with his gift card and I knew he didn't have his receipt. I asked them to look it up because he picked it up with my order. They couldn't do that either. I said McDonald's can't spare a large fry for the garbage they gave my son? She said let me get my general manager but because you didn't come right back when it happened and because you didn't call, we can't help you...pull to the next window. So off we went to the next window. No GM, and the manager never reappeared and after giving us my order of fries, we waited and waited. They shut the drive through window on us and we waited some more. After we didn't leave they finally opened the window and gave us another medium fry, not a large. Practically threw it into my car but whatever. What is so hard about delivering good customer service? Can McDonald's not afford a large fry when they're serving garbage food to begin with? This store needs a major manager revamp because the culture here is not customer centric, at all. Hasn't ever been and with the amount of business that they do, it should be willing to make customers happy. We always have to wait forever sometimes up to 35 minutes for a mobile order. Rest assured next time my order is screwed up I'll be calling the phone they never answer and we'll be asking for fresh French fries Every....

We were running late for an appointment; it was not great to find one of the drinks was diet. Wish I could, but I absolutely cannot drink diet soda.
Went inside, rather than wait on the long line. I was aware that it's easy to come across as annoying, and this was a minor glitch. Not wanting to pour an entire drink into the dispenser, I explained what I needed and why to the young lady at the counter. (This was after waiting patiently for someone to have the time to notice and help me.)
The person I later found to be "Jessie" looked at me with zero expression and said, "Just dump it!" I wasn't complaining or asking for anything other than the drink I paid for- and I don't think it warranted her glaring impatience.
I waited for other customers and was shortly able to approach the dispenser on the right. No Ice.
Go to the other dispenser. Coke is flat.
Return to cashier area and wait for an apparently new girl to take care of another problem. She calls for help and eventually Jessie solves the problem. Jessie then turns to me (and I would love for this to be on video so her manager could see how she interacts) and I explain that the drink is flat. Thinking she might care about the empty ice machine, I politely mention that. Her response: I know it. Great.
Nowhere in this have I been impatient, rude or asking for anything other than what I paid for. Great. Let's not fix it or put a sign so I don't wait for something not working- that would be too logical.
Not wanting, again, to pour a giant drink into the trash...I ask Jessie if she can dispose of it. This arrogant, nasty girl who has shown ZERO customer service skills, gives me another nasty glare, turns and walks away.
I have an incredible number of reviews on YELP over a decade, with only two being less than great. I am not high maintenance and I treat everyone with respect. Jessie should not be unleashed on anyone outside of a highly regulated, secure facility. She is awful and her delays and rudeness were totally...
