My party and I visited on Sunday, 12/29, around 12:45pm and placed an order that included a pepperoni pizza, zia's meatball marinara pasta, caesar salad, and cheese sticks. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food, which was far longer than we anticipated. When our meal arrived, it became immediately clear that the kitchen process is inefficient and poorly organized.
The meatball marinara pasta included dried-out noodles and a tiny slice of meat that was buried within the dish. I had to return it to the kitchen, but unfortunately, this did not help the situation. Additionally, the cheese sticks never arrived with the rest of the meal, and when I inquired about them, I was told I needed to speak to the manager for a refund. This was followed by the staff member calling me "bruh," which felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
To add to the frustration, the overall ticketing and ordering system seems to need significant improvement. The lack of communication regarding anticipated wait times is also a concern; had I known we would be waiting over an hour, I would have adjusted my expectations accordingly. This kind of service does not meet the standards one would expect for a nearly $90 bill (which included a tip).
The combination of long wait times, poor food quality, and unprofessional behavior from the staff left a very negative impression, and I believe it's important for the owners to be aware of these issues. I already sent an email and my hope is that the owners can take steps to improve the customer experience at this new location given they are one of only two establishments that serve food.

Arrived a few minutes before scheduled pickup asked about the status of my order and was given a "We gave over 30 tickets, it should be out soon." No checkin, no real clear designated mobile pickup areas. Waited another 15-20 minutes. decided not to ask the lady at the front cash register as she was no help before. Instead, I asked another lady. I was given the exact same response, and I had asked for an ETA and still wasn't given a definitive answer. My girlfriend is type 1 diabetic and had bolused for the food, her blood sugar levels are now dropping. Went back and asked for a refund, we were then finally given an answer that "maybe someone else took the order". After all that and a refund was requested, we found the problem. My food was given to someone else. It's a bunch of kids making your food for minimum wage with no real leadership or guidance or even a clear process for customers inquiring about the food they paid for. Spend your money...

My daughter’s pasta was dry and cold. My family was with me and they ordered a couple of pizzas. They took over an hour and when we asked if they were ready only one was ready and it was burnt. So they asked for a refund. They made us go to the back of the line to wait for a refund. This was the worst experience ever. I didn’t see a manager inside the entire time. There was what looked to be a manager outside cleaning tables but he didn’t seem to care to see what the guests needed. There were multiple people getting refunds. The place just seemed really mismanaged. A lot of the gelatos flavors were not available, trashes were over flowing and it was only 12 pm. My family ended up walking over to Caldwell BBQ where they had an excellent experience. We will probably never return to eat here. The rest of the Pecan Lake experience was nice just don’t go...
