Dunkin' — Restaurant in Quincy

There are two Dunkin' locations on Adams St.—one in Quincy and the other in Milton. This one is the former. It is located in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking, and it is easy to turn into and out of.

I went during lunch on a weekday, and there were many donuts still available and a steady stream of customers. Churro Donut ($1.69): This donut is different from others due to its crunchy exterior. The cinnamon and sugar coating makes it reminiscent of a churro, but if I had to choose between the two, I would rather go with a traditional churro. I also feel like it needed a chocolate or dulce de leche dipping sauce, with which churros are typically eaten, because it was too dry on its own. Glazed Donut ($1.69): This is usually my go-to, but this one was disappointing. It was thinner than usual and tasted like it had been fried in old oil. Glazed Blueberry Donut ($1.69): I liked how forward the blueberry flavor was. This is a cake donut, so it was thick, but it could have been moister.

Service was fast...

Need to train there people more, they dont understand how the register works and was overchanged. Tried to tell the cashier and she insisted she was right. She wasnt, bagel with cream cheese costs more then just a bagel, she insisted the cream cheese was free. I know this seems minimal, but do this few times a week over a year and thats a decent amount of extra money spent for stuff extra stuff you just throw out.

Next day Updated went back, same lady at the cash register, apparently still doesnt understand when it says w/ cc, it comes with it. Tried to charge me for an extra cc that i didnt ask for and then got mad when i called her out on it. Makes me wonder how many people she charges extra for stuff they...

Hi I don’t usually do reviews but today we went there and they discriminated my cousin,mom, and aunt.They asked my mom for her ID and then my aunt. The lady wearing the hijab looked racist and was just because my familiars were talking Spanish they don’t have the right to check our ID. The worst part was that they did not ask other peoples ID and they were try to find an excuse to call immigration and sent my mom and my aunt away. My mom and aunt have an id for this country and they were still being racist. The American lady that is blonde and old told us that was a new policy. When I got home I checked it and it said last updated July 2024. Please do not go to this place it is racist...
